What it Really Takes to Build a Business

Have you ever set a goal for your business only to realize the real work underneath it had nothing to do with money at all? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm giving you a sneak peek into where the women in this round of Limitless Woman are starting from, their goals, their patterns, and what's really underneath what they say they want. We talk about the sweet spot of discomfort and why too much pressure leads to burnout instead of growth, the difference between staying busy and actually taking action, and why a business goal almost always turns out to be about something deeper. I also share what's coming up for these women around cycles of burnout, monetary goals, medication, and numbing, and why I believe the more you clear internally, the more success shows up in your business. For this week's integration, write yourself a letter or journal entry about where you are right now and what you're committed to working on, whatever that looks like in your business, your relationships, or your health. Set a reminder to open it back up in a few months and see what's shifted. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get? Why Knowing Better Doesn't Mean Doing Better

Have you ever known exactly what you should do differently, understood it completely, and still kept doing the same thing anyway? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm talking about the gap between awareness and integration, and why being self-aware isn't the same thing as actually changing. We dive into what happens when insight gets used as an excuse instead of a starting point, and why understanding a pattern doesn't automatically shift it. We talk about the difference between knowing and repeating a new behavior often enough for it to become natural, why I aim for 51% instead of perfection, and how microdosing creates space to see a different version of yourself without doing the work of embodiment for you. For this week's integration, ask yourself: what's something I'm aware of about myself that I don't like, and haven't actually changed? Choose one small action this week that moves you toward the version of yourself you want to be. Remember, understanding a pattern doesn't make you feel better. Changing it does. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get? Never Subscribed? Here’s what to do!

Have you ever caught yourself believing something is impossible for you, without ever actually questioning if that's true? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm talking about the invisible rulebooks, or "manuals," we all carry that quietly limit what we think is possible for our lives and our businesses. We dive into why there's no such thing as objective reality and how every experience we have is filtered through our own past and beliefs. We talk about the difference between being the average and being the outlier, and why comparing yourself to what's "normal" can keep you stuck below a ceiling you never had to accept. I also share a story about fleas in a jar that reframed how I think about self-imposed limits, and a simple shift for catching yourself in worst-case-scenario thinking. For this week's integration, ask yourself: what's a manual I'm operating from right now? Is it actually true, or just something I've accepted without questioning? Choose one belief, one size bigger than the one you've been living in, and spend this week entertaining it. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get? Are You Stuck in Analysis Paralysis?

Have you ever found yourself constantly learning, researching, planning, and preparing, but somehow still not taking the action you know you need to take? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I’m talking about the gap between knowing and doing, and why so many people stay stuck in analysis paralysis even when they already have the answers they’re looking for. We dive into why understanding your patterns is not the same as changing them and why so many people wait for the perfect plan before moving forward. We talk about treating your life and business like an experiment, gathering feedback, making adjustments, and being willing to fail your way toward success. I also explain how microdosing has reduced my overthinking, second-guessing, and helped me to understand how and why the goal is not perfection.  For this week’s integration, ask yourself: Where am I stalling? What is something you already know but haven’t taken action on yet? Choose one small step you can take toward integrating that insight into your life. Remember, learning without implementation keeps you stuck. The real transformation happens when you take what you know and start living it. The 51% Rule for Sustainable Personal Growth

Why can you understand exactly where your patterns come from and still struggle to behave differently when you are triggered? In this episode of The Inner Trip, we talk about why shame, guilt and self-judgment can keep you trapped in the very patterns you are trying to escape, and why sustainable change is not about embodying a new behaviour perfectly. It is about choosing it more often than not. I break down three reasons integration can feel so difficult, including the pressure to change everything at once, the deeply wired patterns that keep pulling us toward familiar behaviours, and the lack of practical integration support in many healing and personal development spaces. We explore how all-or-nothing thinking can push you to fall back into old behaviours. This is where the 51% rule comes in, because if you can live in alignment with what you have learned 51% of the time, you are already creating a new pattern. For this week’s integration, ask yourself: What is something I already know but have not taken action on? Then identify one small step you can take toward embodying that insight. It might be scheduling a conversation, writing down what you need to say, setting a boundary, or making one choice that reflects the person you are becoming. You do not need to get it right 100 percent of the time. Start by choosing the new response 51% of the time. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get? What If Sales Wasn’t About Selling?

What if sales didn’t have to feel awkward, pushy, or like you were convincing someone to buy? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I’m sharing the exact framework I use to make sales conversations feel natural and genuinely human. I break down why so many people freeze when an opportunity to sell appears in everyday conversations, and why the goal of a sales conversation is not actually to make the sale, it’s about helping someone discover whether your offer is truly the right fit for them. We talk about the difference between “mating” and “dating” in sales and why aggressive sales tactics often create resistance. When you stop overthinking the outcome and focus on having a real conversation, sales becomes less about persuasion and more about connection. For this week’s integration, notice where you may be trying to control an outcome instead of staying present in the moment. In your next conversation, practice asking one more question before offering your own perspective. Get curious, listen deeper and notice what happens when you focus less on being understood and more on understanding someone else. Microdosing Isn’t About Feeling Different, It’s About Becoming Different

How do you know if microdosing is actually working when the whole point is that you’re not supposed to feel it? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I’m answering one of the most common questions I receive about microdosing: if it’s subperceptual, how do you know anything is happening? We talk about why microdosing isn’t about chasing a dramatic experience or looking for an immediate breakthrough. The real changes often show up through small moments, like feeling less reactive in traffic, having more patience in conversations, noticing more gratitude in your everyday life, or creating more space between a difficult emotion and your response to it. I also share real messages and experiences from people in my community who have noticed powerful shifts through intentional microdosing, including increased emotional awareness, reduced anxiety, more creativity, deeper self-compassion, and a greater ability to move through challenges without getting pulled into old patterns.  The goal isn’t to escape your emotions or bypass the hard parts of being human. It’s to build the awareness and capacity to meet yourself differently. Sometimes the biggest evidence of change isn’t a huge moment. It’s realizing that something that used to overwhelm you doesn’t anymore. For this week’s integration, reflect on what has shifted for you through your own microdosing journey. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get? The Fine Line Between Transformation and Control

In this episode of The Inner Trip, I’m sharing a deeply personal story about a transformational personal development workshop I attended and the lessons I took from an experience that had both powerful tools and some unexpected warning signs. I break down what initially drew me to this experience, the powerful tools I gained from it, and the warning signs I noticed afterward that made me question whether the environment was truly as empowering as it seemed. We talk about why intelligent, successful, growth-oriented people can still find themselves in spaces that influence their beliefs, relationships, and decision-making, and why curiosity, critical thinking, and self-trust are some of the most important tools we have. This conversation is not about labeling something as entirely good or bad. It’s about learning how to recognize when personal growth spaces are truly helping you expand versus when they may be asking you to hand over pieces of your own power. Real transformation should help you become more yourself, not less. For this week’s integration, reflect on the communities, teachers, and spaces you’ve invested your energy into. Notice where you may be outsourcing your intuition and what it would look like to reconnect with your own inner knowing. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?
