When we make intentional choices that align with what we want and who we want to be then we move in that direction and become that version of ourselves. Intention is the creation. Intention is key! Intention: A purposeful aim, the reason or energy behind your actions, thoughts, or words. A determination to act in a certain way; an aim or plan.
