A minute for - THE Electric Picnic debrief with producer Kay

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang NEW AND OG 🖤 This week it’s the FULL Electric Picnic debrief with Robyn, Jess and Producer Kay We’re unpacking the entire weekend from trolley disasters, vomit bags, the runs and the hot water bottle incident, to the mountain of chips, Gibby flags, Dublin accents and the now-iconic “Oliver Plunkett” campsite situation that Kay is never going to live down. We also get into the different ways we all do festivals.. sober, ‘yoked’ and working 🫣 the reality of glamping, NOT GLAMPING, ticket chaos, the absolute toll of walking around EP for days, and some of the more serious conversations around overcrowding, crowd surges and accessibility. And of course, we have to talk about the fact that Electric Picnic was absolutely MASSIVE for us this year. The socials blew up, so many of you followed along all weekend, and the amount of love we got honestly meant the world to us. So if you’ve been here from the start, thank you for always backing us. And if you found us through Electric Picnic and you’re new to the GMAM gang - welcome to the family 🖤 We’re here every Tuesday, with bonus episodes on Fridays (when we have a ‘minute’) Whether you’re listening because you were in the fields with us, living vicariously through the chaos, or you’ve only just found the pod after EP, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - Ai, Lindsay Clancy & GET US TO THE FIELDS

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’ve abandoned the studio and are recording from the bed like the professionals we are 😭 We start with dog diabetes, ovulation pain and debating whether ChatGPT is for planning your annual leave or apparently becoming your therapist, before somehow getting into Robyn’s relationship mediation skills, bangers vs fireworks, rollerblades, Electric Picnic trolleys and the very serious question of when winter actually ends. Things take a deeper turn when we chat about nasty TikTok lives, bullying, growing up feeling like the “odd one”, skin picking, health anxiety and the habits therapy has made us realise we probably need to work on. Naturally this leads to a full conversation about AI as a therapist, its questionable moral compass and the occasional completely unprompted civil war 💀 We also get into the Lindsey Clancy case and the legal system, TikTok fame, working with brands while still trying to stay authentic, and… because we physically cannot help ourselves - MORE Electric Picnic chat. GET US TO THE FIELDS. Whether you’re listening on your commute, rotting in bed with us or packing for EP, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com

A minute for - Penguins, ATN & a Flea (singular)

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re fresh back from the fields, absolutely wrecked, and somehow expected to return to normal life like nothing happened 😭 We catch up on all the post-festival chaos, from Robyn’s new girlfriend finally entering the chat 👀 to house saving, financial planning, hot water hacks, period tracking, and the very serious horror of dealing with ONE singular flea. We also get into the morning after pill, Robyn being a hypocrite, takeaway debates, relationship dynamics, and the general struggle of trying to recover from a festival while still having jobs, responsibilities and another festival to prepare for because apparently we never learn. There’s also plenty of chat about Electric Picnic prep, work-life balance, Google Maps and all the little things that somehow become massive conversations when the two of us sit down with microphones. Whether you’re listening on your commute, recovering from the fields, or just nosy about Robyn’s new girlfriend, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - Make podcast equipment more expensive

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re debating whether we should attempt to record pod at a festival or if Jess is allowed a weeks podcast annual (Robyn said no and I’m sure Kay would be on Robyn’s side) stressing over editing, and discussing the very serious business of coffee machine upgrades, landlines and why baby potatoes deserve more respect (not according to Rob) We also get into relationship dynamics, sexual embarrassment, being blocked on TikTok, Jess’s extremely patient partner, and why Robyn is apparently ready to take on fake tan culture one pale makeup look at a time. Naturally, nose hairs also make an appearance ✨✨ Then as always we end up going deep because the conversation takes a more personal turn as we chat about therapy, fertility options, whether we see children in our futures, maternity leave, epilepsy, and the kind of homes and families we imagine for ourselves (when we’re grown ups because we have a few more ‘fields’ left in us) Whether you’re listening on your commute, cleaning the house or hiding from your responsibilities with a coffee of your own, we’re so glad you’re here 😭❤️ 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. We love you all. Thanks for being part of the GMAM gang. Let us know what you think in the comments and we will see you next week! (Yes Jess, NEXT WEEK) 🖤🎙️

A minute for - Megan May

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re joined by the gorgeous Megan May, who arrives slightly nervous, full of last nights Guinness and ready to tell us absolutely everything. We chat about the weird little minefield that is content creation, industry events, brand deals and trying to figure out what version of yourself belongs online. Megan tells us how Guinness vlogs became part of her thing, we get into Benjamin’s fitness journey, his real name finally being exposed, and why a nickname can apparently become a full-blown identity. We also talk about drinking habits, working with alcohol brands, and Megan finding the confidence to sing online after a slightly traumatic wedding experience nearly put her off for life. Naturally, this somehow leads us from tennis rackets, wetting yourself and to Electric Picnic antics. GET US TO THE FIELDS There’s also plenty of chat about the people social media brings into your life, the strange friendships and opportunities that come from posting online, and what future podcast chaos we might all end up involved in. Whether you’re listening on your commute, getting ready, recovering from a night out or getting ready for EP we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - Nicole Ivory Rogan

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re joined by the one and only Nicole Ivory Rogan 💅 We chat about how Nicole and Tammy became friends again after years apart, growing up in Balbriggan, childhood antics that probably should’ve stayed in the past, and what it’s like juggling a packed schedule, a relationship, and living with her Nana (who is apparently everyone’s Nana too) Of course, we end up going completely off track as we get into Botox, IV drips, TikTok drama, brand deals, chaotic content creation, why Ben and Adam refuse to be social media stars, and somehow even find ourselves feeling sorry for snails 💀 The conversation also takes a more personal turn as we talk about unlearning toxic relationship patterns, anxiety, Lexapro, pursuing an ADHD assessment, struggling with forms, needing constant stimulation, and finding routines that actually work. We chat about therapy, breathwork, spiritual healing, sleep, hormones, and the reality of trying to look after your mental health while navigating everyday life. Whether you’re listening on your commute, cleaning the house or just looking for an hour to switch off, we’re so glad you’re here. 🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for Tia Ennis, Afghanistan & Hangovers

Welcome back girlies, gays & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re recovering from a weekend away in Enniskillen, and safe to say… we’re feeling every bit of it. 😂 We catch you up on the post-hangover chaos, karaoke antics, birthday celebrations, Home Bargains hauls, and somehow end up discussing everything from UTIs and period pain to Prime Day purchases and why buying new cameras is somehow always controversial. We also get into our upcoming Vegas plans (and Adam’s very expensive taste), the realities of travelling with friends, sharing hotel rooms, relationship dynamics, and why everyone seems to have a nickname for their vagina. Because of course we do. 💀 The conversation takes a more serious turn as we chat about the viral story of the woman moving to Afghanistan, the freedoms many of us take for granted, and how different life can look depending on where you’re born. We also have a rant about vague-posting from hospital beds and why social media can be absolutely bizarre. As always, it’s a complete rollercoaster of random tangents, big laughs, and the kind of chats you’d only have with your best friends. Whether you’re listening on your commute, cleaning the house or rotting in bed with a hangover of your own, we’re so glad you’re here.
