Everything Feels Impossible Until It’s Done | Vincent Van den Broeck

What happens when life changes in a single second? On October 11, 2024, Vincent Van den Broeck was struck by a car while riding an electric scooter through Brussels. He suffered a devastating traumatic brain injury, spent 3 weeks in a coma, and was given a 1% chance of survival. But Vincent’s story is about far more than surviving. In this powerful episode of Light Beyond the Ashes, Amber sits down with Vincent to explore what it means to rebuild your life when nearly everything you knew is suddenly taken away. They talk about resilience, discipline, identity, gratitude, purpose, personal responsibility, and the small choices we make long before we ever know how much we may need them. Vincent shares the journey from coma and intensive rehabilitation to relearning how to walk, rebuilding his body and mind, returning to entrepreneurship, and ultimately transforming one of the darkest moments of his life into a message of possibility. His new book, Everything Feels Impossible Until It’s Done: How the Life You Build Becomes the Life That Saves You, releases October 11, 2026, exactly two years after the accident that nearly took his life. And perhaps that timing says everything. Because sometimes resilience is not something we suddenly discover when tragedy arrives. Sometimes it is built quietly, one decision, one habit, and one impossible step at a time. If you have ever found yourself standing in the ashes of a life you did not expect, wondering how you could possibly begin again, this conversation is for you. Because impossible is often a feeling, not a destination. And everything feels impossible… until it’s done. 🔗 Connect with Vincent Van den Broeck TikTok: @vincentinthekitchen0 Instagram: @vincentinthekitchen Instagram: @hashtagbrussels Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@vincentinthekitchen Book: Everything Feels Impossible Until It's Done https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0H3QXHHC6?ref_=cm_sw_r_ffobk_cp_ud_dp_6Z0AVKBGH9TAVANTAQY7&bestFormat=true ⸻   Connect with Light Beyond the Ashes   Website: LightBeyondTheAshes.com  Instagram: @LightBeyondTheAshes   TikTok: @LightBeyondTheAshes  Subscribe for weekly conversations bridging science, spirit, and soul

Down the Rabbit Hole: Aliens, The Great Awakening & What Is Reality? | Ashlyn Wisnoski Part 2

Grab your tinfoil hat. We’re going down the rabbit hole. Ashlyn Wisnoski is back for Part Two of our unfiltered Light Beyond the Ashes conversation, and this time we’re asking some of our biggest questions yet. Aliens. UAPs. Interdimensional beings. The Great Awakening. Human consciousness. Food in America. Corporate influence. Surveillance. Frequency. Spiritual awakening. And the nature of reality itself. What if some of the ideas we’ve been taught to immediately dismiss are at least worth exploring? Ashlyn and I dive into our personal beliefs and experiences, the possibility of life beyond what we can see, expanding consciousness, spiritual awakening, our relationship with nature, the systems influencing everyday life, and what happens when you begin pulling back the curtain and questioning what you thought you knew. But underneath the conspiracy theories, tinfoil hats, laughter, and rabbit holes is a much bigger conversation about personal sovereignty, human connection, discernment, and remembering that we still have the power to choose how we live. This isn't about telling you what to believe. Curiosity doesn't require certainty, and questioning something doesn't require you to believe it. Stay curious. Use your discernment. Think for yourself. And maybe keep the tinfoil hat nearby. Welcome to Part Two. Let’s get weird. Question Everything: The American Dream, Women’s Health & Awakening | Ashlyn Wisnoski Part 1

What happens when you stop accepting everything at face value and start asking bigger questions? Ashlyn Wisnoski returns to Light Beyond the Ashes for an unfiltered conversation about awakening, the American Dream, chemtrails, environmental chemicals, women’s health, reproductive rights, medical bias, bodily autonomy, censorship, and the patriarchy. We question the systems and narratives shaping our health, our bodies, and the way we experience life in America, while sharing personal stories about pregnancy, birth, endometriosis, reproductive healthcare, and what happens when women feel unheard. And we had so much to talk about that one episode couldn't contain it. This is Part One. Next week, the tinfoil hats literally come out. In Part Two, we're going even further down the rabbit hole: aliens, interdimensional beings, the Great Awakening, human consciousness, food in America, corporate influence and programming, data centers, frequency, surveillance, and the nature of reality itself. Because underneath both episodes is one bigger question: How much of what we've accepted as "normal" have we ever stopped to question? We're not here to tell you what to believe. Stay curious. Use your discernment. Ask questions. Think for yourself. Welcome to Part One. Next week, we get weird. The Light We Hold Together: A Conversation With My Soul Sisters Kristin Taylor & Ma’ieli Vega

What happens when you hear the call, but the path ahead asks you to trust what you cannot yet see? In this episode of Light Beyond the Ashes, I sit down with two of my spiritual best friends, Ma’ieli Vega and Kristin Taylor, who have walked beside me through some of my darkest days and reminded me of the light within when I struggled to see it for myself. Together, we dive into grid work, listening to the call of your soul, and what it means to hold the light and keep the faith when life challenges everything you thought you knew. We explore the power of soul tribe, the people who seem to find us exactly when we need them, and how these connections can help us remember who we are and why we came here. We also explore the prophecy of the Rainbow Warriors and its message of people coming together across different backgrounds to help bring healing, unity, and hope to the Earth. This is a conversation about remembering, trusting, connection, and choosing to keep carrying the light, even when the path gets dark. Sometimes the people who help you find your way home are the ones who remind you that the light was inside you all along. 🔗 Connect with Ma’ieli Vega TikTok: @rememberwhoyouareinspire Book: Shadow To Spirit: An Elemental Ascent by Mailee Vega https://a.co/d/0e5SP4Q3 🔗 Connect with Kristin Taylor TikTok: @consciously_kristin ⸻   Connect with Light Beyond the Ashes   Website: LightBeyondTheAshes.com  Instagram: @LightBeyondTheAshes   TikTok: @LightBeyondTheAshes  Subscribe for weekly conversations bridging science, spirit, and soul

Identity Work: Remembering Who You Were Before the World Told You Who to Be

What happens when you stop letting your past define who you get to become? In this powerful episode of Light Beyond the Ashes, I sit down with Dawn Brockmeyer, a sound healer, identity work coach, intuitive spiritual coach, and musician whose own healing journey became the foundation for the work she shares with the world today. After living with lifelong physical pain and enduring multiple spinal surgeries, Dawn began reclaiming her power by changing the way she saw herself, her story, and what was possible for her life. We dive into the power of the mind, identity work, sound healing, and what can happen when we begin releasing the versions of ourselves built around pain, limitation, and survival. Dawn now creates her own music and hosts daily online sound bath sessions designed to help people begin their day grounded, intentional, and connected to themselves. This conversation is about more than healing. It is about remembering who you are beneath everything you have been through, reclaiming your power, and realizing that your past does not have to determine your future. Dawn is the embodiment of a beautifully balanced soul who turned her own journey inward into a light she now shares with others. Sometimes creating the life of your dreams begins with remembering that the power to change your life was within you all along. 🔗 Connect with Dawn Brockmeyer TikTok: @empoweredcirclehealing Website: https://www.empoweredcirclehealing.com/ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@EmpoweredCircleHealing Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/0v2LTIi8XakMGLnJFgwrRh?si=m8w01IjqSSqye1W8qbPY-w&utm_source=copy-link ⸻   Connect with Light Beyond the Ashes   Website: LightBeyondTheAshes.com  Instagram: @LightBeyondTheAshes   TikTok: @LightBeyondTheAshes  Subscribe for weekly conversations bridging science, spirit, and soul

Under the Same Sky: The Courage to Choose Yourself | Skye Leigh

In this thought-provoking episode of Light Beyond the Ashes, Amber sits down with author and elementary school teacher Skye Leigh for a deep conversation about healing, self-love, discernment, grief, and what it means to truly know yourself. After losing her grandmother, Skye turned to journaling as a way to process her experience. Those pages eventually became the foundation for her book, Under the Same Sky, a reminder that while healing may look different for each of us, we are all navigating the human experience together.Amber and Skye explore how life’s challenges can either close us off or invite us inward to understand our emotions, expand through our experiences, and choose unconditional self-love as a path toward freedom. They also unpack one of the hardest lessons in relationships: the difference between someone’s potential and their actual capacity. We can see the highest possibility in another person while learning to discern whether they have the capacity or willingness to meet us there. From turning private journals into a published book to finding the courage to share your truth, this conversation explores what happens when we stop abandoning ourselves and begin trusting what we know.We heal differently. We grow differently. But we are all under the same sky.An inspiring conversation about keeping your heart open, practicing discernment, choosing yourself, and finding your way back home. 🔗 Connect with Skye Leigh TikTok: @skyeleigh2026 Under The Same Sky: https://a.co/d/03HYZ8mo ⸻ Connect with Light Beyond the Ashes   Website: LightBeyondTheAshes.com  Instagram: @LightBeyondTheAshes   TikTok: @LightBeyondTheAshes  Subscribe for weekly conversations bridging science, spirit, and soul

From Forensic Science to Spiritual Awakening with Scotty Bauer

What happens when a man trained to follow the evidence begins finding clues that science alone can’t explain? This week on Light Beyond the Ashes, we meet Scotty Bauer, a retired forensic scientist who spent his career working with the Department of Justice in California. His life was built around observation, evidence, data, and the pursuit of truth. But after grief cracked his world open, that same instinct to investigate led him somewhere unexpected: inward.Scotty shares how meditation, sun gazing, and his own spiritual exploration became part of a deeply personal search for answers. Rather than abandoning his scientific mind, he approached awakening with curiosity—observing, questioning, gathering his own data, and allowing his experiences to challenge what he thought he knew.Together, we explore grief as a catalyst for awakening, the intersection of science and spirituality, consciousness, healing, and what it means to remember our connection to one another. As the world around us continues to shift, Scotty offers a different way forward: not through fear or division, but through community, love, connection, and the remembrance that beneath everything that separates us, we are one. This is a conversation about losing what you thought you knew, searching for truth, and discovering that sometimes the greatest evidence is found within. 🔗 Connect with Scott Bauer TikTok: @docmaznge4o ⸻   Connect with Light Beyond the Ashes   Website: LightBeyondTheAshes.com  Instagram: @LightBeyondTheAshes   TikTok: @LightBeyondTheAshes  Subscribe for weekly conversations bridging science, spirit, and soul

Death Became Her Companion. Survival Became Her Awakening | Stacy Carlson

What happens when you stop fearing death—and start seeing it as a friend? In this deeply moving episode of Light Beyond the Ashes, I sit down with psychic medium Stacy Carlson to explore the unexpected ways trauma, grief, illness, and loss can become doorways to awakening. Stacy’s journey carried her through the trauma of her husband going to Iraq, a battle with cancer, and ultimately a confrontation with her own mortality. During radiation therapy, something extraordinary happened: Stacy began to befriend death. Instead of experiencing death only as something to fear, its presence became familiar—even comforting. Then she survived. And in a twist she never expected, Stacy found herself grieving the loss of that connection. She had made peace with death, but now she had to figure out how to live. Her deepest grief wasn’t the possibility of dying. It was realizing she didn’t know who she was. That realization became a turning point. We explore how an ordinary moment while designing cakes opened the door to Stacy discovering her abilities as a psychic medium, how those gifts continued to unfold, and how she ultimately learned to use them in service of others. This is a conversation about the full human experience—the trauma that changes us, the identities that fall away, our relationship with mortality, and the strange loneliness that can exist even after survival. It’s about what can happen when pain strips away who we thought we were and asks us to meet the person underneath. Because sometimes meeting your highest self doesn’t begin with becoming someone new. Sometimes it begins when everything else falls away—and you finally ask: If I’m still here… who am I? 🔗 Connect with Stacy Carlson TikTok: @stacy.carlson.soul.speak ⸻   Connect with Light Beyond the Ashes   Website: LightBeyondTheAshes.com  Instagram: @LightBeyondTheAshes   TikTok: @LightBeyondTheAshes  Subscribe for weekly conversations bridging science, spirit, and soul
