    Are you in the victim triangle or the heroine triangle?

    This model of two triangels symbolizing the dynamics at work when you meet something challenging is the best life hack ever. It's simple (not easy) - either you meet challenges with a victim mindset (oh no why!) or the heroine's mindset (oh, ok what's the gift in this? the growth potential?). Switching to the heroine's mindset will make you suffer less generally. The situation is still the same. This model changed my life in it's simplicity and my clients love it too. Enjoy!
