    In this letter, I talk about my struggle with depression. It’s the most vulnerable episode yet, the first time I’ve spoken openly about it. As always, I hope these words do in you what they should. Thank you for going on this journey with me, for being a huge part of my 2024. I will be off on a short break to rest, retreat and realign for the new year. But I will be back with the remaining 4 episodes, so please do stay here, okay. As the year comes to an end, I hope you remember to count the goodness in the year and be grateful. As we enter into a new one, I hope your heart is at peace, and you are expectant.     …and at this moment I am grateful for the winding road that led me here In this letter, I talk about how important hope is, stepping out of one’s comfort zone, mourning a future you once envisioned, making peace with one’s path and how things work out for good at the end. Journal Prompt: * If you had been asked five years ago where you saw yourself in the future, would you have described your present life? * How does your present self align or differ from your expectation? * How has your understanding of success evolved over the past years? * How has your desires or personality changed? * What are the not-so-great things you experienced in the past, that in retrospect you are now grateful for?     fear is unreal an illusion a self-imposed prison a making of one’s own mind In this letter, I talk about my journey with fear, where I am coming from, where I am now and what I have learnt along the way. Journal Prompt: Take a minute. Think of all the things you would have done if fear was not holding you back * Now write them down * In the same order, write down why you are afraid * Now imagine the version of you at the other end of you taking this step, what would you be like? Feel like? Do you desire to be this person? * Now let’s turn this into a to-do Resources Mentioned: P.s. This is my first time sending a letter in audio form, I chose this medium because I felt it was the best way to convey the story with the intended emotions.
