    In this episode, Dave Specht interviews David Wells about his books "The Family Enterprise Handbook: A Framework for Action and When Anything is Possible: Wealth and the Art of Strategic Living".David Wells is the President and Managing Director of Greycourt, an independent advisory firm that manages over $25 billion for 50 families. He is a member of the advisory team, as well as the management and investment committees. David also serves in various governance roles. Currently, he is the Chair of the Board for a midwestern Private Trust Company, board member for a Southeastern Private Trust Company, an Investment Committee Member for a Foundation, and a member of the Board of 21/64, a national practice advising family philanthropies. He was recognized as one of Nashville’s Forty under Forty in 2017 and was the recipient of the Nashville Emerging Leader Award – Financial Services Industry in 2019. In 2020, the Nashville Post recognized him as part of their All-Star Board.

She has an MA in Family Systems Counseling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and an Executive Masters in the Neuroscience of Leadership from the Neuroleadership Institute.Barbara Dartt is a Principal Consultant for the Family Business Consulting Group and holds over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families manage their business. She is also a Founding Partner of GROW, a family business advisory firm that serves family-owned, agricultural-related businesses. Her interest in working with farm families stems from watching her grandfather and father offer educational extension services to family-owned farms. Barbara holds a Doctoral Degree in Veterinary Medicine and a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics, both from Michigan State University.

He received his BA, MA, and PhD from Columbia.
