Organize Emotional Stress | Conflict Resolution, Anxiety Sympotoms, Spiritual Breakthrough, Happiness, Prayer

Angela Nicole Giles BS, MA, Conflict Resolution Specialist, Minister.

Has your life hit stress overload? Are you tired of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and emotionally exhausted? Do you walk through life knowing the fear of failure quietly lingers in the background? When people ask how you’re doing, do you say “I’m good”—when deep down you’re thinking, “I don’t even know anymore”? In this podcast, you will learn how to organize your stress and resolve your conflicts so you can experience clarity, peace of mind, and emotional stability. This is a space where pressure is replaced with purpose, and overwhelm is met with God’s wisdom. Your prayer life will be renewed. Your spiritual breakthrough is unfolding. The ingredients to live a healthier, more peaceful life will begin to come together—one decision at a time. Hi ladies, I’m Angela Nicole—mom, Gammy, minister, confidant, aunt, entrepreneur, and leader. I’ve been married twice and have raised eight children—six boys and two girls. I understand what it feels like to carry responsibility, expectations, and emotional weight all at once. I exhausted myself. I fueled my anxiety. I watched my fears come true. And in the pursuit of being great, successful, wealthy, and significant, I lost precious emotional bonding time with my children. After my life and family utterly crashed, I began to hear God differently. I realized I already had what I was striving for—but it needed to be defined His way. I returned to God’s blueprint, shifted my focus, repented for chasing the world’s version of success for my Christian life and calling, slowed down my ambitions, and allowed myself to heal what had quietly attacked my identity. Sister, I made it through—and now it’s my turn to help you. This podcast is where God’s voice meets your conflict. Where His truth speaks into your stress and anxiety. Where His will gently realigns your purpose. We will cry. We will laugh. We will grow. We will experience breakthrough—unless I haven’t had my coffee that day… and that part won’t be your struggle 😄 Your sense of purpose is reachable. Days not filled with anxious, racing thoughts are attainable. A heart and mind no longer clouded by unhealed family experiences is necessary. This podcast is your place. Whether you’re walking, driving, working with headphones on, or cooking dinner, it’s time to slow down, tune in, and listen—so you can hear God speak directly to you. Not her. Not them. But you. As always, your review helps me reach the first few pages of the Apple Podcast. Stress Overload or Mental Health Crisis? How to Know When It’s Time to Get Help

Are you on the verge of a mental health crisis — or are you experiencing stress overload and don’t know the difference? In this sensitive yet empowering episode, we talk honestly about high stress levels, emotional overwhelm, and mental health warning signs through a faith-based lens. Before we begin, I gently encourage you to pause, pray, and invite the Holy Spirit into this moment — and if you’re not feeling mentally well, consider listening with someone you trust. We explore why regular check-ins with the Holy Spirit are essential for tracking our emotional and mental health, drawing from John 14 and John 16, where Jesus reminds us that the Holy Spirit is our Advocate, Guide, and Helper — never leaving us to manage life alone. You’ll learn: The clear difference between stress overload and a mental health crisis Signs your stress is high but still manageable Warning signals that indicate it’s time to seek immediate support Why prayer alone is not a substitute for community, counseling, and rest Practical, faith-aligned steps to get help without shame We also discuss healthy next steps, including reaching out to trusted support, Christian counseling, church community, rest, and creating a clear plan to address your stressors. Sis, needing help does not mean you are weak — it means you are listening. Grab your coffee, put on your headphones, and let’s slow down, check in, and invite God into your healing. Are you exhausted from constantly trying to perform, show up, and get it right? Do you secretly fear failure—even failure in your walk with God? In this episode, Angela Nicole opens up about the hidden pressure to perform and how God lovingly called her to slow down… all the way down. Do you find it hard to keep a positive mindset because your mind is constantly imagining what could go wrong? In this episode, we talk about anticipatory anxiety—that quiet but powerful cycle where your mind rehearses worst-case scenarios that haven’t even happened yet.
