Short and Sweet includes 6 short stories and one non-fiction homage to my Irish mother.  A special Christmas podcast features poetry and sentiment. This segues to Trio a trilogy of three books: Ginny, Dinner with Sharon Flynn and Meggie, all primarily set in Ireland and lovingly telling the stories of Ginny and her life. A Promise Kept is a ballad poem about a young woman writer finding her place.

    Send us a text The answers await in a white and gold photo album given as a birthday gift to Ginny from Sharon, marking all the important events pictorially from beginning to graduation when Ginny moved to Boston with Linda.  Shared with Mary and Dan the past becomes the present and the family circle widens with love and forgiveness.

    Send us a text Ginny met with Sharon Flynn and kicked the elephant in the room into the center of their attention with compliments about Sharon’s flaming red hair followed by a torpedo questioin from Sharon to Ginny, asking if her beautiful turquoise eyes we’re from her father or her mother?  And so they began unraveling  their connections. They quickly agreed to meet at the Rehab Center and talk about how to break this all to Dan.

    Send us a text Shortly after Ginny and Dan’s wedding, the call came to Ginny from Sharon Flynn inviting them to dinner at the Queens Pub the following Saturday. Ginny intuitively knew that Sharon knew  she was her daughter and while Ginny was relieved, she was also anxious to meet her and concerned how this fact would affect Dan's sobriety.

    Send us a text Ginny sets their plan in motion and finds herself on her way to Ireland to meet Dan. At the airport in Dublin Dan proposes and Will, his nephew, gets Ginny’s suitcase and off they go to their new life in Dalkey, a beautiful sea town outside of Dublin.  Adjustments are required and now there is a wedding in the offing. Hang on, Ginny, we’re right there with you.
