Address the harm®️
When a complaint is closed, the organisation often believes it has been dealt with. The person who complained may know it hasn't. The Address the harm® podcast is about what happens in between. We talk to public figures, practitioners and people who have made a complaint about what harm looks like in practice, what resolution should mean, and what it takes to put things right. Our guests have seen complaints from every side: as the person who complained, as staff, and as campaigners. Their experience spans the NHS, social care, policing, the courts and beyond. These are not comfortable conversations. They are necessary ones. Our new series, Who gets to say it's resolved, launches in 2027. Address the harm® is a forthcoming repair charity. We educate the public on harm and create pathways to repair. See more at www.addresstheharm.org
