    They're Interested....Now What?

Sometimes inclusion doesn’t begin with having all the answers. It begins by noticing the interest, getting curious, looking at what may be getting in the way, and asking the next question.     When the Season Changes, Include the Person

    New seasons often bring new routines, changing schedules, new caregivers, and different expectations. But how are we including the person receiving support in those changes? A change that seems small to us may feel very different to someone else. As routines shift and new beginnings unfold, let's remember to slow down, pay attention, and make room for meaningful participation.
