    Tonight’s meditation is a reminder that while you sleep, God is still working. He restores what has been depleted, strengthens what has grown weary, and renews both body and soul. As you rest, may you remember that healing is not something you must force. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is surrender, trust, and allow yourself to be restored.
