Summer Special #2: The 5 AI Tasks I Do Every Week That Save Me 6 Hours

Send us Fan Mail How I save 6 hours every week with AI (with the exact tasks you can copy this week) 👉 Grab the free Claude Quick Start Guide here: https://www.theboldbiz.com/claude If last week's episode made you feel ready to start with AI but you still don't know what to actually do with it, this one is going to fix that. Jenny walks you through the exact five tasks she hands to AI every week around a full time job, teenage twins, and two side businesses, saving her a real, measurable six hours she can put back into her business. Not the theory, not the hype, the actual tasks with the actual prompts, roughly how long each one takes now versus before, and how to copy every single one of them this week even if you've never had a conversation with an AI tool before. The Five AI Tasks That Give Me Back 6 Hours a Week Task 1: The Weekly Email From 90 minutes staring at a blank page to 20 minutes with a warm, in-voice draft. This is the easiest task to start with and the fastest win. Task 2: Content Repurposing Turning one YouTube script into a full week of social posts, captions, and short clip ideas. From two and a half hours of resented work to 45 minutes of quick review and scheduling. Task 3: Weekly Planning Sunday brain dump, one honest question, and Claude sorts what matters, what waits, and what to drop entirely. From 45 minutes of anxious list rewriting to 15 minutes of clarity. Task 4: Cleaning Up Messy Voice Notes and First Drafts The ideas that used to die in your notes app finally become something usable. 45 minutes saved every week, plus your best ideas actually make it out of your phone. Task 5: Thinking Out Loud The hardest task to explain and the one that genuinely changes how you make decisions. Claude challenges you instead of agreeing with you, and saves you from expensive mistakes. Two hours a week, plus the months you would have wasted on the wrong thing. Why This Matters More for Midlife Women Than for Anyone Else For most of us, six hours a week is the entire side business. So AI isn't making things a little more efficient, it's effectively doubling the hours you have available without taking a single extra minute from your family or your sleep. The Claude Quick Start Guide has the exact prompts to copy and paste so you can go from never having touched AI to your first real task in about 15 minutes. Summer Special #1: AI for Women Over 40, Why You're Being Left Behind (And How to Catch Up)

Send us Fan Mail The AI Adoption Gap Nobody's Talking About The real reason women over 40 are 25% behind It's not a skills gap, it's a confidence and exposure gap. Think about who AI gets marketed to and how, and it starts to make sense. This isn't your fault, and it's absolutely fixable. What three years of daily AI use actually looks like Planning content, drafting emails, thinking through business decisions, researching, outlining, polishing. Work that used to eat a whole weekend now takes under an hour, and it sounds more like Jenny, not less. What the gap is costing you every week The blank page you keep staring at. The idea you've carried for years but never launched. The compounding problem of waiting: the longer you wait, the further behind it feels, which makes you wait longer. That's the trap. Why women over 40 have an unfair advantage AI isn't a technical skill, it's a communication skill. Decades of writing clear emails, raising humans, managing projects, and reading rooms is exactly the wisdom AI needs to actually be useful. You bring the judgment, AI brings the speed. The three fears (and why they're smaller than they look) "I'll sound like a robot." "Isn't it cheating?" "I'm not techy enough." Jenny addresses each one honestly and gives you the reframe that finally lets you start. How to actually start this week One tool. One real task. One conversation. That's it. Not a course, not a certification, not six months of feeling behind. 30. Faceless or Face Forward — How to Decide for Your Side Business (Plus Quietly Digital, Week 1)

Send us Fan Mail The faceless vs face forward question every midlife woman asks before starting a side business 👉 Grab the free Claude Quick Start Guide here: https://www.theboldbiz.com/claude If the thought of putting your face on the internet makes you want to disappear, you are absolutely not alone. The faceless versus face forward question is one of the biggest blocks midlife women hit when they're trying to start a side business, and in this episode Jenny gets honest about her own years-long faceless journey, the moment she realized fear was running the show, and the slow ladder she climbed to finally get comfortable being visible. Plus, she shares the first weekly update on her brand new business Quietly Digital, including the 4am moment that got the whole funnel built in three hours. Why So Many Midlife Women Struggle to Show Up Online This is a generational thing, and naming that matters. Most of us didn't grow up with phones in our hands, and being asked to film ourselves daily as part of building a business is a genuinely big behavioural shift, on top of the very real fear of internet trolls and how we look or sound on camera. Jenny's Faceless Era Print on demand jewellery. Amazon KDP. Knit & Knot Co. Years of building businesses from behind a logo because being visible felt too uncomfortable. Honest reflections on why that felt safer in the moment, and why it didn't actually work in the long run. The Slow Climb Back to Visibility Starting with the podcast in November 2025 (voice but no face). The 30-day YouTube Shorts challenge with no makeup and no lighting. Going all-in on YouTube earlier this year. And the teleprompter app that finally unlocked weekly video for her. The Real Question You Should Be Asking Yourself "Am I choosing faceless because of fear, or because it genuinely fits my brand?" Both answers are valid, but they require very different responses. Jenny walks through how to tell the difference. Quietly Digital Week One Update The first official follow-along update for Jenny's new faceless brand. What got built, why this one feels different, the 4am Thursday moment, and the strategic 80/20 split between faceless and face forward content. And then at the end of the episode, she shares a surprise announcement that's been quietly in the works behind the scenes, including a brand new business and a real-time case study you can follow along with. AI Isn't the Future. It's the Co-Founder You've Been Missing. Why AI changes everything for midlife women The playing field has shifted, and women over 40 have an advantage they didn't have five years ago. Jenny explains why decades of life experience plus AI is one of the most powerful combinations in business right now. How Jenny actually uses Claude every week From podcast scripts to email drafts to weekly planning, Jenny walks through real-world examples of how AI works as a thinking partner, not a replacement. No tech background needed. The mindset shift that matters most The fear that using AI is somehow "cheating" is keeping a lot of women stuck. No paid plans, no complicated setup, no overwhelm. Just one small step. 28. How to Choose the ONE Side Business Idea That Actually Fits Your Life (The Four-Filter Framework)

Send us Fan Mail You Don't Need More Ideas. You Need a Way to Filter the Ones You Have. This episode picks up right where Episode 27 left off — once you've named the fears, it's time to actually do something about them, and the Four-Filter Framework is where that starts. The Four Filters: Filter 1: Skills — Does this idea build on something you already know, or would you be starting from absolute zero? Your decades of life and work experience are worth far more than you think, and this filter helps you see it. Filter 2: Time — Does this idea fit the time you actually have right now, not the time you wish you had? This is the filter most women skip, and it's the one that quietly causes half of all abandoned projects. Filter 3: Energy — Would you keep going with this on the hard days, or is the only thing pulling you toward it the idea of the money? Enthusiasm gets you started, but genuine interest is what keeps you going. Filter 4: Momentum — Is there a clear first step, and is there real evidence that people want what you're thinking of offering? You don't need to create demand from scratch, you just need to find your place in a market that already exists. 27. The 7 Fears Every Midlife Woman Has Before Starting a Side Business (And What to Do About Each One)

Send us Fan Mail Are you too scared to start? Here are the 7 fears holding midlife women back from building a side business If you have been thinking about starting a side business but something keeps talking you out of it, this episode is for you. Jenny gets honest about the 7 most common fears women over 40 have before they take the leap — and what to actually do about each one. She has felt every single one herself, and after 4 years of trial, error, and finally finding her footing, she is sharing what helped. 👉 Grab the free Done Starting Over guide HERE The 7 Fears — Let's Name Them Because once you can name the fear, you can do something about it. Fear 1: Am I too late? You are not. The average female entrepreneur starts her first business at 42. The average first-time female millionaire is 49. Martha Stewart. Vera Wang. Mel Robbins. All of them built something big later than you might think. Your experience is not a handicap — it is your edge. Fear 2: I don't know what to sell Too many ideas, or no ideas at all — both feel paralyzing. Jenny shares how to use the Four-Filter Framework (Skills, Time, Energy, Momentum) to cut through the noise and find the one idea that actually fits your life right now. The full framework is inside the Second Chapter Starter Kit, linked below. Fear 3: I don't have time and I'm already exhausted Some gentle tough love here. You probably have more pockets of time than you think — you are just spending them differently. Jenny breaks down how she started in the tiny gaps, and why starting embarrassingly small is actually the whole strategy. Fear 4: I'm not techie enough Tech overwhelm is real, and Jenny gets it. But in 2026, not using AI in your side business means working five times harder than you need to. She shares one simple AI trick you can try today, right from your phone, even if you have never used it before. Fear 5: Who am I to do this? Imposter syndrome hits harder in midlife because we are not used to being beginners anymore. The reframe that actually works — you do not need to be the world's leading expert. You just need to be one step ahead of the person you are helping. Fear 6: What if I lose money? You do not need to spend thousands to start. Jenny breaks down how to get going for under $100 a month — and often for free — and when it actually makes sense to invest more. Fear 7: I don't want to be cringy on social media Jenny's biggest blocker for years. She shares exactly what finally helped her get comfortable being visible — including the 30-day challenge she did just for herself, with bad lighting and zero expectations. 26. Why You Keep Abandoning Your Ideas (And How to Actually Finish Something)

Send us Fan Mail Do you have a graveyard of half-built businesses, abandoned Etsy shops, and courses you never finished? You are not alone, and more importantly, you are not broken. In this episode, Jenny gets really honest about her own side business journey – from a $3,000 course she never completed, to Entrepreneurial Gals (a beautiful website with absolutely nothing to sell), to an Etsy jewelry shop, a Shopify store, a print-on-demand yarn accessories brand launched four days before Christmas, and everything in between. And then she breaks down the pattern underneath all of it – the loop that keeps so many second chapter women stuck in permanent restart mode. This one is raw, funny, and very real. Because the problem was never the ideas. It was never giving one of them enough time. In this episode you will learn: The five-step loop that keeps you abandoning ideas before they have a chance to workWhy hitting resistance feels like the wrong idea – and why it almost never isWhat finally broke the cycle for Jenny (and what grew her account from 47 to 10,000 followers in four months)A simple 90-day framework to finally finish the thing you keep startingIf you are tired of the restart cycle, grab the free guide Done Starting Over in the show notes below. 25. The Side Business Timeline No One Talks About

Send us Fan Mail Have you ever looked at your business and thought… what is the point? Like you’ve been showing up, trying, creating, learning, and still not seeing enough movement to prove it’s working? In this episode of The Bold Biz Podcast, Jenny talks honestly about the part of building a side business that almost nobody shares online, the valley. The slow season. The invisible progress. The weeks and months where it feels like everyone else is moving faster than you. This is not a “just keep going!” motivational speech.  It’s a grounded, honest conversation about what the timeline of building something meaningful actually looks like, especially for women building in the margins of busy lives. 💡 In this episode, we talk about: • Why side business growth is almost never linear • The “plateau of latent potential” and why progress feels invisible at first • What the valley actually feels like emotionally • Why women over 40 often experience the slow season more intensely • The different seasons of building a business, planting, growing, and harvesting • Why celebrating small wins matters more than you think • How to know whether to keep going or pivot If you’ve been feeling discouraged, impatient, or quietly questioning whether you’re cut out for this, this episode will help you see your journey in a completely different light. Because slow does not mean stopped. And the valley is not forever. ⭐ LINKS & RESOURCES: • Download Free Guide, The Idea Filter https://www.theboldbiz.com/idea • Download Free Guide, Done Starting Over https://www.theboldbiz.com/doneoptin • Visit The Bold Biz Website https://home.theboldbiz.com/ • Join the FREE Bold Biz Collective (Skool Community) https://www.skool.com/the-bold-biz-collective-5477/about Support the show
