    I’m so excited for this one. This week’s guest is Méami, an actress, singer, content creator, wife, and mother who represents everything I started this podcast to talk about: doing it all and not limiting yourself. In this episode we start from the beginning: what she was like growing up, whether she always knew she was a performer, and what it felt like to watch her dreams take off while we were both still working at the restaurant. We get into motherhood, she shares her insane birth story for the first time ever, what it’s like creating content with more eyes on you and more pressure to please, and why being real is her best content.     Does Dating Require Playing a Little Game?

    I redownloaded Hinge. And immediately started spiraling. Here's my dilemma: I want to attract someone who will love my weird, goofy, unfiltered self. But also, they have to be attracted to me first. And the weird goofy version of me doesn't always translate in three photos and a bio before someone even knows me. So this episode is about that tension. The one between wanting to be completely yourself from the jump and also wanting someone to swipe right. Between showing up authentically and showing up attractively. Between being real and being strategic. We're getting into whether dating naturally requires a little bit of performance, what "just be yourself" actually means when someone has no context for who you are yet, the difference between being fake and just putting your best foot forward.
