    GO New Mexico is a new podcast from the Albuquerque Journal featuring monthly outdoor adventures across New Mexico's public lands. While some adventures are well known tourist destinations, many are hidden in plain sight. Each episode features inspiring locals with insight on how to find joy and deepen connection to precious landscapes and ecosystems, perfect for any adventure with friends and family. New Mexico has millions of acres of public lands with diverse adventure offerings, no matter what your skill level or interest. Host Amy Morse works as a communications manager at the Environmental Defense Fund by day, and nature adventure explorer on nights and weekends. Tune in for adventure inspiration and to learn more about the unique destinations, wildlife and plants around New Mexico. Amy considers the Sandia Mountains and Santa Fe National Forest some of the most beautiful places on the planet, and will stop to smell any flower or Ponderosa Pine during her hundreds of miles of hiking across the state.
