    When sleeplessness crept into her life, Christine Craig went looking for answers from her doctor and found herself in the middle of something bigger than she expected: menopause. The more she dug into her own hormonal shifts, the more she realized how many other women were navigating the same confusing, under-talked-about symptoms without support.
