I’ve manifested all kinds of mind blowing things, to the point where it has become a game of ‘how good does this get to be?’.  In my world, manifestation occurs in two ways: through your masculine energy and through your feminine energy.     How People Pleasing Suffocates the Soul

    I am a recovering people pleaser. Throughout my life, time and again, I received the message that speaking my truth was dangerous. So I did what so many women do: I disappeared. I showed up in ways that aligned exactly with how others wanted me to be. I minimized my desires to meet the desires of those around me in exchange for a feeling of safety and belonging.  Then I finally woke up to realize - the one person that I wasn’t pleasing was myself.  Over the last decade I have walked a sacred path of reclamation, returning my energy to myself and my desires. This path of recovery has included pain, grief, and loss, but ultimately it has allowed me to step into true freedom.  Today’s Journal Prompt:  What do I truly desire for me?     Beauty is a Sacred Doorway

    Today I wanted to share with you one of my most beautiful truths in life - I believe that beauty is a sacred doorway to so many things for us as women.  When I began to take the time to look for beauty that is present in the every day, so much shifted for me.  As a child who grew up at the end of the cold war in communist Poland, as a child who came to the United States as a refugee, this embrace of beauty has been a long and massive journey.     A Life of Abundance: Being Rich in Time

    Time is my most prized possession, and in this season of my life I treat it as such. It wasn’t  always that way. There were seasons when my life was so full that I hardly remember it. I was hardly present for it. I poured and poured my time into others and struggled to carve time out for myself.  Now? I see time as abundance. An empty calendar as a blessing. The ability to be fully present for the moment before me as my calling.  Today’s Journal Prompt:  The life you are living today - Who are you being in it? How much of it was your idea? How much of it runs on your schedule where you own your time?     The Art of Doing Nothing

    “Allow the nothingness to come up, because that is where you meet yourself.” For so much of my life I was focused on ‘doing’, but as I began to slow down and allow the opportunity of nothingness into my life, I was stunned to find what depth it brings.  It’s through the quiet that we find our connection with ourselves - the deepest connection that we can ever feel.     You Can Have Rainbows: The Magic of Asking and Receiving

    What if you moved through life knowing that rain is coming.. but not rushing through the rain? What if you chose to walk through the rain knowing that the rainbow is always going to be on the other side? What if you asked the universe for that rainbow and stayed present through each moment of rain until the rainbow appeared?  How would that change our experience as we walk through this life?  One morning on the beach on St. Barts I did just that, and it allowed me to experience life and beauty in the most expansive form. This episode is a message just for you from that incredible day.    Today’s Journal Entry:  Where in your life can you stay present in a moment that the world tells you to run from?     The Sacred Gift of a 30-Year Marriage and the Opportunity for Growth and Transformation it Provides

    “For the experience of the greatest love of my life I had to be willing to risk to lose it all.”  I have been married for 30 years. It has been the most transformative container for growth that I have experienced in my life. One of my biggest lessons I’ve learned? You cannot control the behavior of your partner.  So many women I work with come to me with the same question: Now that I am on this journey of awakening and growth, how can I invite my husband to do this work for himself so that our relationship can evolve? The truth is - growth is his choice.  In order to grow to my fullest potential, I had to risk my marriage and my family. It was the ultimate act of surrender in my journey to fully love myself.  Today’s Journal Prompt:  Where in life am I trying to manage the growth of my partner?
