    Praying Over Her Emotions

Emotions can feel like waves—sometimes gentle, sometimesoverwhelming, and sometimes hard to explain. Today, we are praying that God would meet them inthose emotional places and teach them that feelings are not something to hide from Him, but something they can bring to Him.

    Praying Over Her Mind

The mind can become a battlefield long before anyone elsenotices. Our daughters may smile, keep going, answer that they are fine, and still be carrying thoughts that weigh them down. They may be replaying words spoken over them, comparing themselves to others, worrying about the future, or silently believing things about themselves that are not true.
