    On a cold, rainy morning in Bark Mountain, Constable Moose stood outside on the HI way, water dripping from his hat, his boots heavy from hours of directing traffic in the storm. The sky was gray, the wind sharp, and the whole town felt soaked and tired. He goes to the diner with a bud, Goose — his loyal friend, and the best listener a Mountie could ever hope for.
