In this episode, we speak with Ella Stadler-Stuart about infertility, breast cancer, and the courage it takes to speak from the messy middle, before there are neat endings or success stories.     Esther Janssen: Breaking the Silence Around Intimate Touch

    When Esther Janssen stepped onto the Women’s Hub stage, it was the first time she spoke publicly about her work as a trauma-sensitive body therapist and her mission to help people with traumatic experiences find self-love again. She was shaking, holding her notes, and very aware of how taboo talking about sexuality and tantric healing still is. That moment changed something. It helped her find her voice, connect with women who recognized themselves in her story, and take the next steps: speaking more openly, publishing her book "Die Magie der absichtslosen Berührung", and reaching a wider audience with her work. In our newest podcast episode, Esther shares what it meant for her to speak in front of an audience for the first time, why honoring your pace matters, and how healing can begin when the body is finally listened to.     Juliana Barbosa: Leaving Finance to Change Finance

    At a Women’s Hub Day, Juliana shared out loud for the first time that she was done with her corporate career in finance and ready for something new. That moment helped her begin a major shift: reconnecting with a childhood passion for climate action and moving into sustainable finance. In this episode, Juliana tells how she went from 15 years in tax and wealth management to studying leadership and sustainability, landing a stewardship role in asset management, and eventually starting her own consultancy, B.lief, to help direct capital toward positive impact. A story about not running away from systems that don’t fit, but choosing to change them from the inside.
