    Lion's head meatballs: A Chinese classic - ライオンの頭みたいな肉団子？中華鍋「獅子頭」レシピ (FS 171)

    Lion's Head is a traditional Chinese dish believed to have originated in the Shanghai and Yangzhou regions. Its name comes from the large pork meatballs, which resemble the size of a lion's head. The version featured here, Lion's Head Hot Pot, combines these oversized pork meatballs with Chinese cabbage, slowly simmered until tender.
