Greg Merrifield tells us about the night drugs pushed him past the edge, when he believes he left his body, heard chains, saw angels coming for him, and finally cried out for mercy to Jesus.     Send us Fan Mail Disaster! Around the Bend is a Fiction Middle Grade novel. It has been published by Elk Lake Publishing and was released in June 2025. This book is about the story of a twelve year old girl who has to adjust to the changes in her life and she is afraid. Jan is afraid of exposing her real self to others, as many young people are. The need to face her fears leads her to plotting an adventure with just her siblings, something that will prove that she has found a faith that will help her all through her life. Just as in life, the adventure does not go as planned. Will her faith be enough for even this challenge?? That is the story.  I feel that the lessons taught in this book are needed in today's world but are often missing in the lives of our children, hence my reason for writing this book. It is my hope that this book will get into the hands of as many children as possible, to get them thinking and believing that they are all special.
