S2 E8: How to reconnect with the wonder with Lisa Murray

In this episode of Many Paths, One Mountain, Giada is joined by Lisa Murray, also known as The Wonder Concierge, for a conversation about wonder, curiosity and reconnecting with the beauty hidden in everyday life.  Together they explore how small moments can create profound shifts in perspective, why we often take life too seriously, and how following curiosity can become a spiritual practice. S2 EP7: Numerology: Your numbers, your map

In this episode of Many Paths, One Mountain, Giada explores numerology as another path towards healing, transformation and deeper self-knowledge. Numbers are everywhere in our lives, from our birthdays and names to the cycles we move through. But what if numbers are more than tools for counting and measuring? What if they carry meaning, energy and a language of their own? Giada explores the ancient roots of numerology, from Pythagoras and sacred numbers to Kabbalah, the I Ching and other wisdom traditions. She explains how numbers can reveal patterns, personal cycles, potential and the lessons we may be working with in this lifetime. She also explores the connection between numerology and shamanic practice, and why she sees both as different languages pointing towards the same underlying truths. Most importantly, numerology isn't presented as a fixed destiny. It's a map, not a cage. Your numbers may reveal patterns and tendencies, but you still have free will. S2 EP5: Shinrin-Yoku, the path of the forest

In this episode of School of Shamanism – Season 2: Many Paths, One Mountain, Giada explores Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in nature through all five senses. Far beyond a wellness trend, Shinrin-yoku is rooted in the ancient tradition of the Yamabushi, Japan's mountain shamans, whose teachings reveal the forest as a place of healing, wisdom and spiritual transformation. Giada explores the connection between nature, shamanism and science, explaining how forest bathing helps restore the body, awaken the soul and reconnect us with our original nature. She also introduces the Japanese concept of mono no aware, the beauty of impermanence, and explains why slowing down may be one of the most profound spiritual practices available to us. In this episode of Many Paths, One Mountain, Giada is joined by Lesley from ZVARĀ Wellness to explore the powerful connection between psychology, yoga, breathwork and energy healing. Drawing on her background in health psychology, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Qigong, Lesley shares how these complementary practices support lasting wellbeing by bringing the mind, body and energy systems back into balance. Together, they discuss the science behind healing, the importance of breath and movement, the role of sound and vibration, and why sustainable transformation comes not from a single practice, but from integrating simple rituals into everyday life. S2 EP3: Ikigai, when purpose finds you

In this episode of Season Two: Many Paths, One Mountain, Giada explores the deeper meaning of Ikigai, the Japanese concept often translated as “that which makes life worth living.” Moving beyond popular self-help interpretations, she connects Ikigai with shamanic wisdom, the Greek concept of the daimon, and the soul’s unique purpose. Drawing inspiration from Okinawa, one of the world's renowned Blue Zones, Giada examines why so many people feel disconnected from their purpose and how modern life pulls us away from our natural code. Through reflections on the poetic mind, healing, imagination, love, and the wisdom of the body, she reveals how purpose is not something we invent, but something we learn to recognise. This episode invites you to quiet the noise of the mind, reconnect with the heart, and create the conditions for your Ikigai to find you.
