Your Chair is Your Biggest Health Risk- Science-Backed Ways to Fight Back

Hey guys! Today I’m going over how dangerous sitting and leading a sedentary lifestyle can be. I also go over how adding movement throughout your day ( think of these as “exercise snacks”) in addition to a workout can help mitigate the risks of a sedentary lifestyle.  In this video, I break down the latest research on how movement — from simple walks to squats and strength training — combats the effects of sitting all day. Whether you're at a desk job or just living a low-movement lifestyle, this video is for you. I also mention how women especially can benefit from strength training, needing less time than guys to reap the benefits. I go over briefly, too, how cycle syncing your workouts can be so beneficial to really work with your body instead of against it.  I hope you learn something new in today’s video and as always, if you have any questions, drop them down in the comments below!
