Tony Jackson: Spirit Guides, an Alien Called Neon & the Intuition You've Been Ignoring

Message us with your thoughts, burning questions, or reflections, we’d love to hear from you. "I went in open, but grounded. And what came through genuinely surprised us." Before this episode, Anjani sat for a private session with healer and channeler Tony Jackson, and what came through was unnervingly specific: her life, her purpose, her home, even her two cats who had passed, and a message that their energy was still present in the house. Tony is the voice behind The Light Frequency Healing, and his work moves past the usual frameworks into energy, frequency and what he calls a directly channeled intelligence, a presence he now works with named Neon. In this conversation we trace how he got here, from a shy kid with a tarot deck to a course that cracked his reality open, and we explore the bigger questions his work raises for everyone. Because underneath the channeling is something universal. That quiet nudge to call a friend, take a different route, trust your gut. Tony makes a grounded case that intuition is a muscle, that following it takes real courage, and that the hunches we dismiss as silly are often the ones carrying the message. Believer, skeptic, or curious in between, this is an invitation to stay open to what the five senses can't quite explain. In this episode: The private session that surprised a self-described grounded skepticWho Neon is, and what channeling actually feels like from the insideHow to start trusting and developing your own intuitionWhy the nudge is so often inconvenient, and what that has to do with growthWhat to do when you sense a deeper calling but fear opening Pandora's box⏱️ CHAPTERS 00:00:00 The hardest part of intuition is following it 00:02:24 Welcome to The Wisdom We Share 00:03:20 The session that surprised a grounded skeptic 00:05:22 Who Tony was before healing found him 00:06:25 The two-year course that cracked reality open 00:08:13 Meet Neon: the presence Tony now channels 00:10:31 What channeling actually feels like from the inside 00:12:55 The cats, the house, and the message that landed 00:14:18 When a thought arrives that isn't yours 00:17:56 Why the nudge is so often inconvenient 00:19:16 How to start trusting your own intuition 00:22:15 For the skeptic who thinks "this can't be real" 00:24:41 There are no atheists in a foxhole 00:27:18 Who Tony works with, and why Neon empowers women 00:28:23 A life of ongoing awakenings 00:29:39 Getting his acting "out of the closet" 00:32:56 Living in your truth, and leaving the law behind 00:33:27 Facing the fear of opening Pandora's box 00:35:20 How to work with Tony 00:36:49 Closing reflections: take what resonates About Tony  Tony Jackson is a healer and channeler and the voice behind The Light Frequency Healing. You Don't Need Anyone to Feel Unconditional Love with Dr Gayatri Anderson

Message us with your thoughts, burning questions, or reflections, we’d love to hear from you. "You don't need a relationship, because there is no relationship. You're one with everything." That's Dr Gayatri Anderson, quietly dismantling almost everything we're taught about love. We're raised to believe love is an emotion that lives between two people, that you need someone else to feel it. Gayatri spent years, and a PhD, exploring a bolder possibility: that unconditional love is a state of consciousness a human being can enter, with no object and no cause. Love for no reason. This isn't a floaty conversation. Gayatri sits at the meeting point of psychology, neuroscience and deep spiritual practice, having grown up between a materialist household and a mystical one. She explains what the brain does in these states, why we can't stay in them for long, and why grief and heartbreak can become unexpected doorways into the very love we think we've lost. She also guides us, and you, through a simple breathing practice you can do at home. If love has ever felt like something you must earn, chase or hold onto, this offers a far more spacious possibility. In this episode: Why unconditional love may be a state of being, not a relationshipWhat the brain actually does when the sense of separation dissolvesWhy the state never stays, and why that's by designHow heartbreak and loss can open the deepest love of allA simple guided practice to begin, in Gayatri's own wordsAbout Dr Gayatri Anderson  Dr Gayatri Anderson works at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience and spirituality. With doctoral research into unconditional love and expansive states of consciousness, she has spent over 16 years facilitating retreats, seminars and one-to-one work worldwide. Why More Money Won't Make You Feel Secure with Laura Rotter

Message us with your thoughts, burning questions, or reflections, we’d love to hear from you. "We use money as a proxy for what we actually want. And at the end of the day, it has nothing to do with money." Laura Rotter spent 30 years managing institutional money on Wall Street before walking away to ask a different question: not how to earn more, but how to use money to build a life worth living. This isn't a chat about budgets and returns, though there's real financial wisdom in here. It's about money as a mirror of consciousness. Why the security, freedom and success we chase can't be measured, so we reach for the one thing that can be counted, and mistake the metric for the meaning. Laura has watched people with more than enough live in fear, and people with far less feel genuinely free. Her own turning point came disguised as a loss. Days after deciding to take control of her life, she was let go in a mass layoff, something she still describes as the universe saying, here you go, what's next. If money has ever felt like a source of fear or confusion, this conversation is an invitation to a wiser relationship with it. In this episode: Why more money so rarely brings the security we expectScarcity versus abundance, and the three resources we're always tradingHow to align your spending with what you actually valueWhy women hesitate to invest in themselves, and why they're often better investorsThe two numbers everyone should know, in Laura's own words ⏱️ CHAPTERS   00:00:00 Money as a proxy for what we really want  00:00:44 Welcome to The Wisdom We Share  00:01:21 Meet Laura Rotter: 30 years on Wall Street, then everything changed  00:02:53 The decade-long shift away from finance  00:04:20 The layoff that felt like destiny  00:08:33 Money as a mirror of consciousness  00:09:53 "What about money is important to you?"  00:12:00 Scarcity mindset versus abundance mindset  00:13:40 The three scarce resources: money, time and energy  00:16:50 The intangible metric for measuring success  00:17:40 What actually makes you come alive  00:20:33 Aligning your money with your values  00:25:05 Leaving a soul-crushing job the right way  00:27:50 Vision, spiritual practice and daily grounding  00:31:15 Why women hesitate to invest in themselves  00:34:00 Why women are often the better investors  00:35:22 The two numbers everyone should know  00:38:41 Why we avoid looking at the real figures  00:40:30 Walking toward the scary things, gently  00:41:55 Where to find Laura  About Laura  Laura Rotter is a fee-only financial planner and founder of True Abundance Advisors. Why We Can't Focus and How to Get It Back with Angela Lockwood

Message us with your thoughts, burning questions, or reflections, we’d love to hear from you. "We say we want focus. We say we want more time. Then we waste both, knowingly." That's Angela Lockwood, and she doesn't flinch saying it. Our distraction, she argues, isn't an accident or a willpower problem. It's a choice we keep making without ever stopping to notice. This isn't a productivity chat about apps and hacks. It's a conversation about the wisdom underneath focus. Why awareness, not strategy, is the real first step. Why your body knows the truth before your mind admits it. And why the answer to feeling scattered is not to push harder, but to get gentler, slower, and more honest about your days. Angela knows this from the inside. A serious head injury at 17 forced her to relearn focus from scratch, and taught her that the whispers, the tight jaw, the racing heart, are messages. Ignore them long enough and they stop whispering and start to shout. If your attention feels hijacked and your life feels louder than you'd like, this one is a doorway back to yourself. In this episode: Why we set ourselves up to fail, knowingly, and how to stopWhy awareness has to come before any strategyHow to step back and see your own life clearlyThe distraction of possibility, and how to actually chooseUsing your body as a source of wisdom, in Angela's own wordsAbout Angela Angela Lockwood is an occupational therapist, speaker and author who helps people navigate noise, distraction and the chaos of modern life. Surviving Grief and Starting Over in Midlife with Betsy Ronel

Message us with your thoughts, burning questions, or reflections, we’d love to hear from you. “It’s your choice every day. To survive, or to begin to thrive.”  Betsy Ronel learned that the hard way. Her husband was killed when she was 40. She lost the next decade to grief before she decided, at 52, to claim her life back. This is not a tidy bounce-back story. It’s an honest conversation about the slow kind of grief, the kind where getting out of bed and brushing your teeth is the whole win for the day. From there, Betsy rebuilt: a new career at 48, a home she bought and runs alone, her boys, and a reality dating show that accidentally led her to a whole new chapter. What stayed with us is her honesty. She’s not sure she’s ready to love again. She’ll tell you the grass is never greener, that you’d never want anyone else’s problems, and that the two words holding it all together are simply: keep going. If you’ve ever lost someone, or lost a version of your life, this one will meet you where you are. IN THIS EPISODE • The decade Betsy lost to grief, and the moment she chose to thrive • Why getting out of bed can be the whole win, and why that’s enough • “Home is everything,” and why community is its own kind of home • Saying yes to a dating show, and what stepping out of your comfort zone really teaches you • Grief as an opportunity to unfold, in Betsy’s own words  CHAPTERS  00:00 "Keep going": the mantra that gets her through  01:05 Welcome to The Wisdom We Share  01:45 Meet Betsy Ronel: widow, broker, podcaster  02:57 Why home is everything  05:55 The broker who talks to the houses she sells  10:24 Inner wisdom, intuition, and honouring a space  11:50 Midlife crisis to comeback: the story behind the tagline  13:13 Losing her husband at 40, and the decade she lost with him  18:55 Saying yes to a dating show in her own home  23:43 What jumping out of your comfort zone really teaches you  26:30 Why community is its own kind of home  32:00 Santa Fe, soul homes, and the places that call us back  36:30 Her one piece of wisdom: be grateful for your own problems  38:30 Grief as an opportunity to unfold  ABOUT BETSY Betsy Ronel is a New York real estate broker who believes home is everything, and the host of the podcast “Heavens to Betsy: Midlife Crisis to Comeback.” Widowed at 40, she rebuilt her life and career from the ground up, and brings humour, heart and hard-won wisdom to grief, reinvention and starting again. Val Wawrosz of Tempus Novo Exposes the System That Keeps People Reoffending

Message us with your thoughts, burning questions, or reflections, we’d love to hear from you. "99 times out of 100, they come back." Val Wawrosz heard that sentence for thirty years as a prison officer. Everyone called it bad character. He started to suspect we'd got the whole story backwards. Here's the part nobody says out loud: we lock people up at £57,000 a year, when £3,000 would keep them out. Val and Steve Freer have now moved more than 1,400 people from a prison cell into real work, with a reoffending rate under 3 percent against a national figure of up to 60. As Val puts it, we set them up to fail. This is not a feel-good charity chat. It's a quietly furious conversation about a system that's cheaper to keep broken, a prison minister who "didn't have time" to meet the two men outperforming his entire department, and a question most of us avoid: when we say everyone deserves a second chance, what about the people who never had a first? If you have ever judged someone by the worst thing they have done, this one will sit with you. IN THIS EPISODE 200 job letters, zero replies, and the moment Val realised the system was riggedWhy £3,000 changes a life and £57,000 wastes oneThe lie we believe about who is really behind the wallsThe "merry go round" of release and return, and what actually breaks itWhat it does to a person, including the helper, when a life genuinely turnsABOUT VAL Val Wawrosz spent more than two decades inside the British prison system before co-founding Tempus Novo with Steve Freer.
