    Episode 34- Shame and How it's Blocking You From Your Juicy Life

    Even when you think you've busted through your shame, it keeps rearing its ugly head and if you let it run your life, you'll never have a life that is juicy AF! Shame is often a giant block for women to claim what it is that they want. It is the root cause of so much destruction in our world. Shame is the belief “I am bad” whereas guilt is “I did a bad thing.” For many women it feels dangerous to have sexual desire because of our conditioning around sex. That conditioning might come from our culture, religion, family or society at large. So, if we take on the meanings that are passed down to us from outside of us, we are in danger of internalizing what it means to have sexual desire and we believe that we are bad for having it. This episode reveals some steps to shedding your sexual shame. These steps are the antidote to isolated and hiding because of your shame.
