This Doesn't Feel Like Me Anymore | Re-Entry After Massive Change

Have you ever come home from a trip, an experience, or even an ordinary day... and realized you're not the same person who left? I call this re-entry—the often-overlooked process of learning how to live as the person you've become. In this episode, I share what happened when I came back from a transformational weekend and immediately noticed things that no longer fit—literally, down to a pair of shoes I used to love. Together, we explore what happens when your inner transformation outgrows your outer life—your home, relationships, habits, identity, and the old patterns that no longer belong. We also explore old conditioning around attention, belonging, and being seen, unfinished developmental cycles, and what becomes possible when you recognize a pattern without getting pulled back into it. I share a personal story about leaving a 32-year relationship, unexpectedly spending years in what I affectionately call a "pressurized cracker box" apartment, and the surprising message I received about what that season of my life was truly for. If you're in your own season of re-entry—where your old life no longer fits but your new one isn't fully formed yet—I hope this conversation reminds you to meet yourself with more love, more compassion, and less shame. Episode Highlights • What re-entry really is and why profound change often continues long after an experience ends • Recognizing when your life no longer reflects who you've become • Why old patterns around attention, belonging, and being seen can resurface during transformation • Understanding unfinished developmental cycles and returning to greater wholeness • Learning to observe conditioning without getting pulled back into it • Why your surroundings, relationships, and possessions may suddenly feel different • The surprising gift of realizing that some seasons of life are preparing you for what's next • Choosing more love, less shame as you navigate profound personal transformation ✨ If this episode resonates with you, please subscribe, follow, and leave a review. The Bottom Blew Out | A Transformational Metaphor

My mason jar broke this morning while I was making my beverage—and it became an unexpected metaphor for the profound changes many of us are experiencing. In this episode, we explore: ✨ What my broken jar revealed about pressure, polarity, and reality shifting ✨ Fresh reflections from a recent soul reunion with a beautiful group of women ✨ The unstable house we stayed in—and what it mirrored about the old structures now collapsing around us ✨ The Sedona wildfire burning near my home, and the transformational "zero point" potential it reflects ✨ Watching a dear friend create magnificent phoenix wings—and the symbolism of fire, rebirth, and renewal ✨ A visually profound encounter with dimensional beings, and what it revealed about presence and trust ✨ Staying in integrity within a group—and honestly reflecting on how I showed up If you've been feeling like the ground beneath you is shifting, if pressure has been building and something finally has to give, or if the degree of change you're experiencing feels especially significant, this conversation is for you. Perhaps what appears to be falling apart is actually making room for something more aligned to emerge. So much love to you on your journey. ✨ If this conversation resonates with you and you'd like support navigating your own transformational journey, I'd love to connect with you. Living Fully | What If Nothing Was Stopping You?

Are you truly living fully — or just going through the motions? In this episode, I'm inviting you to pause and ask some of the most important questions you can ask yourself right now: Is how you're spending your time, energy, and focus actually aligned with who you are today? And if not... What's really in the way? We are living through a time of profound personal and collective change. As we evolve, our desires, priorities, and ways of expressing ourselves can change too. In this conversation, I explore how beliefs, conditioning, and unconscious patterns can quietly prevent us from living the meaningful, heartful, fully expressed lives we're here to live.  I also share practical tools—including the powerful "What If?" game—to help you move beyond perceived limitations and reconnect with what truly matters. ✨ In this episode, we explore: • Why your desires may have shifted—and why that matters • How to identify what's really blocking you from living fully • The relationship between belief, energy, action, and receiving • Simple practices to access greater clarity, presence, and alignment • Why living simply can be one of the most powerful choices you make • How to strengthen your discernment and trust your inner knowing • The role of aligned action in creating a meaningful life What if there is absolutely nothing in the way of you living a life that is deeply meaningful, heart-centered, and aligned with who you truly are? This episode is a reminder—and an invitation—to explore that possibility. 🌟 Ready to go deeper? If you're ready for personalized support in uncovering what's in your way and creating a life that is more aligned, empowered, and fulfilling, I'd love to work with you one-on-one. The New Unknown: Evolving Into Who You're Becoming

Are you feeling like everything is shifting — your body, your sense of time, your relationships, or even the way you move through daily life? You're not alone, and nothing is wrong with you. In this episode, we explore what it means to live in a genuinely new kind of unknown — not the uncertainty we've navigated before, but a deeper, unprecedented level of change that is affecting many of us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Through personal stories, practical tools, and the powerful metaphor of riding a fire horse, I share ways for staying centered when life feels like it's moving faster than you can track. In this episode, we explore: • Why feeling discombobulated may be a sign of transformation rather than dysfunction • How to navigate life moment by moment when you can't see the outcome • Physical changes, sleep disruptions, and unusual sensations that often accompany periods of growth • Supporting others through uncertainty without losing your own center • Trusting your inner knowing when your mind wants certainty • Why presence, breath, and self-compassion matter more than ever If you've been feeling stretched, challenged, accelerated, or called into something new, this conversation is an invitation to slow down, trust yourself more deeply, and remember that you may be far more capable than you realize. ✨ READY TO GO DEEPER? If you're ready to move beyond old patterns, deepen your connection with yourself, and navigate life's changes with greater clarity, confidence, and embodiment, I'd love to support you. Through powerful conversations, energetic transformation, and practical tools, I help people reconnect with their authentic nature, access more of their gifts, and live with greater presence, freedom, and self-trust. Healing from Spiritual Betrayal Without Blame

Have you ever trusted a spiritual leader, teacher, or guide — only to discover they weren’t who you thought they were? Spiritual betrayal can shake our trust, our sense of self, and even our connection to what we believe. In this episode, I explore how we heal after guruism, misplaced trust, and spiritual betrayal — and why taking personal responsibility is not the same thing as victim-blaming. Drawing from my own experiences, including follower dynamics and a powerful vision quest experience, I share what helped me move from hurt and confusion back to empowerment, discernment, and wholeness. In this episode, we explore: • The difference between responsibility and blame in healing • Why desperation for connection can make us vulnerable to manipulation • How filters, conditioning, and past trauma affect perception • Different types of harm — and why healing isn’t one-size-fits-all • How to support others without projecting your own healing journey onto them • The path to neutrality, self-forgiveness, and reclaiming your power Whether you’re processing a betrayal, questioning a teacher, or supporting someone through a difficult experience, I hope this conversation offers a compassionate and empowering perspective on healing. Sometimes the path forward isn’t about blaming yourself or someone else. Sometimes it’s about moving beyond the betrayal, returning to your own inner knowing, and choosing yourself again. 🌿 Ready to go deeper? I offer one-on-one sessions to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom, releasing what no longer serves you, and embodying more of who you truly are.
