But you’re bone weary, and the questions, the decisions, the emotions just keep piling up. I’m Lyndell Renae, a Jesus-loving wife, mum, and Christian fertility coach and mentor, with a background in nursing and women’s ministry. I’ve walked through grief, anxiety, decision fatigue, and deep spiritual wrestling. My journey was messy and imperfect. Some days, I didn’t know if I was holding on to God or just barely holding it together. But those very struggles led me to the anchors I needed. Anchors that helped me think clearly, choose wisely, and build trust in God and Christ-centered hope, hope that steadied me not just in the midst of infertility, but beyond it too. Whether you’re navigating IUI, IVF, miscarriage, embryo adoption, secondary infertility, or trying naturally, you are so welcome here. 32 | Trying to Conceive & Feeling Depressed? 5 Things That Can Help

What happens when trying to conceive starts affecting more than just your plans - and you realise you don’t really feel like yourself anymore? In this episode, I talk about what can sometimes happen emotionally during a Fertility journey - when the waiting, disappointment, and ongoing uncertainty start to feel heavier than you expected, and you begin wondering if this is more than just a hard season. I unpack five things that can help you navigate this space, from grieving the story you thought your life would follow, to noticing God’s kindness in the middle of hard days, protecting your relationships, letting go of the pressure to find the perfect fix, and knowing when it might be time to ask for support. If you’re tracking Ovulation Symptoms, hoping for a Positive Pregnancy Test, or walking through the ups and downs of Fertility struggles, this episode is for when things feel harder than you can quite explain. Questions from the Episode: Are there parts of the story you imagined for your life that you’re grieving right now? Has infertility become the only thing you can focus on right now? Have you pulled away from relationships because you need space right now, or has this season made it harder to stay connected to the relationships that could actually help carry you through it?  Has this season started affecting you more deeply than you realised? Do you need some extra support right now, rather than trying to carry this on your own?   Lyndell xx ⭐️ Leave a Review If you found this episode hopeful or helpful, I'd be SO grateful if you'd leave one or two sentences about what this podcast has meant to you. 31 | Spiritual Warfare & Infertility: Fighting Lies, Trusting God

Infertility is not only a physical journey — it can also be a place where spiritual battles become very real. When you’re tracking ovulation symptoms, walking through the uncertainty of fertility struggles, or facing another cycle without the positive pregnancy test you’ve been praying for, it can leave you vulnerable to deeper questions, fears, and doubts. In this episode, we continue our conversation on spiritual warfare and infertility by looking at the ways the enemy seeks to attack our faith, the accusations that can surface in seasons of waiting, and why recognising these battles matters. We’ll explore what Scripture says about spiritual warfare, how infertility can impact the way we see God and ourselves, and what it means to keep pursuing trust in God when your desire for conception feels far from your reality. If you are longing for answers, navigating disappointment, or trying to hold onto hope in your fertility journey, this episode will help you see the battle in a new way. 29 | Intrusive Questions At Church - What To Say & How To Cope

Handling Intrusive Questions About Infertility and TTC as a Christian When you’re navigating infertility or trying to conceive, even simple conversations can feel unexpectedly heavy — especially when questions about children or timing come up at church or in everyday life. In this episode, we talk about how to respond when you’re facing intrusive or well-meaning questions while walking through fertility challenges. I explore why these moments can feel so emotionally charged when you’re tracking ovulation symptoms, hoping through each cycle, or waiting for a positive pregnancy test in the middle of ongoing conception struggles. We also look at what’s happening underneath these conversations — the pressure to respond, the fear of being rude, and the emotional weight that infertility can carry in everyday interactions. From there, I share practical, real-life ways to respond, including gentle boundaries, simple deflections, and honest but measured answers you can use without over-explaining your fertility journey. Finally, we step back and look at trust in God in the middle of waiting — when conception is taking longer than expected and when the gap between hope and reality feels hard to hold. 27 | Implantation: What Actually Happens and What Can Influence It

When you’re trying to conceive, a lot of focus goes on ovulation symptoms, timing, and waiting for a positive pregnancy test. But implantation is one of the most complex parts of fertility and conception, and often one of the least understood. In this episode, I talk through what implantation is, some of the things that can affect it, and why it can feel so confusing and uncertain when you’re trying to conceive — including things like embryo quality, uterine lining thickness, hormone timing, and why things can look good on scans and still not always lead to implantation. We also look at some of the factors that can influence conception, like endometriosis, adenomyosis, thyroid health, iron levels, IVF transfers, and implantation bleeding, including what it can and can’t actually tell you. This episode also explores what it can look like to hold trust in God in the waiting, especially when so much feels uncertain and out of your hands. 26 | What Does the Bible Say About When Life Begins?

What does the Bible actually say about when life begins? Does it matter when it begins? And why do Christians who genuinely love God and take Scripture seriously sometimes come to very different conclusions? In this episode, we talk through some of the biggest views around conception, embryos, personhood, heartbeat, viability, and what it means to be human before birth. If you're walking through fertility struggles, IVF, miscarriage, or month-after-month waiting for a positive pregnancy test, this often feels far more personal than just a theological debate. Especially when you’re trying to make wise decisions while still wanting to trust God faithfully. We also unpack: why this conversation can feel so emotionally heavy, why Christians interpret some key passages differently, and what it looks like to wrestle honestly with these questions while still wanting to honour God. QUESTIONS FROM THE EPISODE: Genesis 2 Is this passage telling us when life begins in every pregnancy? Or is it specifically describing how God created the first man and what it means to depend on Him for life and breath? Exodus 21 What does this law assume about the unborn? What does it reveal about God’s heart and what He values? What does it show us about what God considers worth protecting? Genesis 1 When does the image of God begin? Psalm 139 / Psalm 51 What kind of person do these passages assume is in the womb? What might that suggest about when human life begins? Jeremiah / Luke 1 Do these passages tell us something about how God sees life in the womb? And what might that mean for how we think about the beginning of human life? 25 | Trying to Conceive? 8 Myths That May Be Quietly Hurting You

Christian Fertility Myths, Conception, and Trust in God What if some of the things around Fertility, Conception, and waiting for a Positive Pregnancy Test aren’t actually as straightforward as they’re often made out to be? In this episode, I unpack seven myths Christian women can encounter while trying to conceive — from irregular cycles and Ovulation Symptoms, to pressure around timing, fears around age, and the subtle idea that infertility must mean something is wrong with your faith. There’s a tension in this season between doing what’s practically helpful with Fertility, and the emotional weight of waiting month after month when nothing seems to change. And how easily that space can start to shape marriage, expectations, and the way infertility is carried day to day. And through it all, the conversation keeps coming back to Trust in God — not as a way of explaining every outcome, but as something steady to hold onto when the waiting is long and the answers aren’t clear.
