Intercession is a full time job, a full time focus, because there are places where we go that need prayer before, during and after getting there, we need to prepare ourselves before going , and prepare those places too, then we pray through our time there and after our time there because we have learnt and gained new information while there, new intelligence while there and this is key. We ‘re not to let any prophetic information goes to waste as intercessors: each piece of spiritual information is a nugget to help us prophecy God’s will over the place and people we come across each day. Mantles get activated when put to work, put to action. Intercession is everyone’s business in the body of Christ, each part has to pray in tongues and every part has to pray in tongues at the same time as the other parts, each ministry level has to pray in tongues at the same time as the others because that unlocks realms of revelation that each part does not have access to on its own , but only as one body, one unit. So, if you’re not coming to church to bring the anointing that you've been stewarding during the week in the secret place , your spiritual gifts, talents that you've taken care of during the week through obedience to the voice of God and the Holy Spirit, then what are you doing? You ‘re missing out and the whole body of Christ is missing out because you don't know which revelations it needs that only your speaking in tongues can unlock. Speaking in tongues is like a secret code that unlocks the safe , the place of treasure that is speaking in a language that only our Eternal Father understands and uses in communion, in Koinonia and in Agape with us. The deciphering of it is only open to those who have the gift of translating tongues and to ourselves: we get words, visions, or just knowing that we know what to do and its timing. Accuracy while praying in tongues is crucial, and for that, we need to receive a daily infill of the Holy Spirit, a daily washing , soaking in the blood of Jesus, and systematic repentance, systematic hearts checks, knowing that feelings are not reliable GPS trackers, and that intentions can be birthed from pride, envy, jealousy, rebellion, unsubmission to leaders. The first thing to do after journaling is the daily clean up , then get an infill of the Holy Spirit, that everything in us, every cell in our bodies, minds, souls, spirits, memory recall included, would be realigned with heaven and that a guard and watch would be set over every part( yep, over every cell and every DNA strand), because it is no longer us who lives in us, but Christ, the king of Glory that lives in us, and we have to be glorious vessels, sparkling clean , pure to host His presence. Praying in tongues is intercession language that can’t be understood by unsaved people, unsaved Christians included : it is sacred information that’s to be guarded, stewarded so well, sometimes that even those who utter it don't get to understand what they say , but the revelation gets opened up, for example months later or years later when returning to a place where we prayed in tongues and seeing what the Lord has done there, so He gets the Glory, and we don't get any, because we’re not to get anyway, but it’s all for Him.
