013: Essential Baby Steps to Regulate Your Nervous System Like a Pro

Welcome to Women's Empowerment month! We're talking about the #1 skill that every human being should've been taught by the time they were 8 years old... but literally none of us were ;) that's Nervous System Regulation. Big terms, but the most simple ideas and practices. If you're going to work on anything in life, let it be regulating the flood of chemicals that seem to wash over us as women daily, due to our fluctuating hormones and cycles. We have so much power and potential, but if we continuously outsource our nervous system regulation, we will never fully feel in control, proud of ourselves, or confident in our decisions. It's a short episode, but one that will let you start practicing being the Manager of your mind and emotions right away. Ranela went through several iterations of herself after her identity began to shatter in her late 20's, leaving her with the work of reconstructing it all from the ground up. She is passionate about sharing her story of resilience, giving her community permission to fail and learn, in their process of building self-trust and redefining their relationship with themselves. Ranela teaches women how to rebuild self-worth, release relationship anxiety, and confidently pursue their dreams.
