    Let me lovingly say something that might change the way you see your entire health journey… Your body was never the real problem. ❌ Not the scale. ❌ Not your stomach. ❌ Not the fact that you keep “starting over.” The deeper problem is the pressure, the obsession, and the all or nothing thinking that has quietly been stealing your peace for years. Inside, I share the story of one of my clients, Val, who spent years disconnected from movement after an injury made her body feel unsafe.
