Season 2 finale: Staying means staying true to yourself

In the Season 2 finale of She Says It, Madeline Sargent turns the microphone on herself to reflect on a year shaped by one word: stay. Through her 32 Before 32 list, Madeline looks back at the choices and unexpected moments that changed the direction of her year — joining a hiking group, hearing something during a meditation that eventually became She Says It, returning home, and learning that staying can mean something very different from standing still. She also shares the story behind the half marathon she spent months training for but ultimately chose not to run. After a season of learning when to push, when to walk, and when to listen, deciding not to cross that starting line became its own lesson in trusting herself. This is a conversation about coming home without giving up your desire to explore, getting older without needing to have everything figured out, and realizing that sometimes the most meaningful part of a goal isn’t checking it off the list. It’s noticing who you became while trying. Maybe staying isn’t about refusing to leave. Maybe it’s about learning what you want to stay true to, wherever you go next. 🧡 Season 3 of She Says It begins in October. Can you hear yourself through the noise?

How do you know when it’s your intuition speaking — and when it’s fear, exhaustion, or everything else competing for your attention? In this episode of She Says It, Madeline Sargent sits down with Kelsey Anderson — psychic medium, energy intuitive, and host of the Reclamation podcast — for a conversation about intuition, self-trust, and learning to hear yourself when life gets noisy. Kelsey shares how she learned to recognize her own intuition, what she believes separates inner knowing from fear, and why constantly striving for the next thing can make it harder to notice what’s already trying to get your attention. Together, Kelsey and Madeline talk about receiving instead of always pushing, trusting yourself through uncertain transitions, and what happens when you create enough quiet to listen before immediately looking outside yourself for an answer. Kelsey also shares an early look at her book, The Signal: Listen to Your Intuition Through the Noise of Modern Life, and the ideas that inspired it. Maybe finding your way forward isn't always about searching for another answer. Sometimes it's about getting quiet enough to recognize the signal that's already there. Kelsey also gives us a sneak peek into her book, The Signal: Listen to Your Intuition Through the Noise of Modern Life, offering practical wisdom for anyone feeling disconnected from their own truth. The difference between being admired versus being seen

What’s the difference between being admired and actually being seen? In this episode of She Says It, Madeline Sargent sits down with Aly Circeo — brand strategist, creative entrepreneur, and writer — for a conversation about ambition, identity, and what happens when the version of you that looks successful from the outside no longer feels like the whole truth. Aly reflects on the roles she's occupied throughout her career, the moments she realized she was performing rather than being fully present, and what she's had to let go of as her definition of success has changed. She also shares the chapter she's stepping into now: making more room for writing, questioning traditional ways of building a business, and exploring how creativity, flexibility, and natural cycles might shape a different way of working and living. Together, Aly and Madeline talk about reinvention, relationships, ambition, and the strange tension between building a life other people might admire and building one where you actually feel known. Because being admired from a distance and being seen up close are not the same thing. And sometimes becoming more yourself means choosing the second. Sunday session: Make room for what's next

What if you don't need another strategy? What if you need a little space? In this solo Sunday Session of She Says It, Madeline Sargent reflects on creativity, second-guessing, and what happens when we become so focused on showing up consistently that we stop giving ourselves room to have anything interesting to say. Madeline talks about the posts we write and almost don't publish, the tendency to look outside ourselves for confirmation before trusting an idea, and the difference between lacking expertise and simply struggling to put what you know into words. She also explores the tools we create to make communication easier — including brand voice guides — and why those tools should support your thinking rather than become another set of rules you have to perform. And sometimes finding your voice has very little to do with your business at all. It can start with getting out of your routine, having a conversation, following your curiosity, or simply sending the text you've been thinking about sending to the group chat. You don't always need to create more. Sometimes you need to create enough space to hear yourself again. ✨  Explore MadlyCreative: If you are ready to stop diluting your message and start publishing with confidence, visit madlycreative.co to explore Madeline's brand strategy, messaging, and strategic communication services for women entrepreneurs. ✨  Mentioned in this Episode: Listen to the previous Turn Your Brand Into a Client Magnet Episode. ✨  Say Hello: Loving the show?
