    Sovereignty doesn’t begin in politics.It doesn’t begin in systems. It begins in the space between stimulus and response. If you control that space, you control far more than you think. Over the last nine transmissions, Dokology has introduced a series of small, precise shifts: * silence the inner dialogue * direct attention deliberately * interrupt emotional hijack * widen perception * insert the internal pause * reduce interference * practise strategic no-mind * reconnect with environmental awareness Individually, none of these are dramatic.
