Ep. 18 | Building Community That Lasts with Paige Vandy

What if the goal wasn't just building recurring revenue—but building a community people genuinely want to be part of? In this episode of The Legacy Edit, I sit down with membership expert Paige Vandy to talk about what it really takes to create a thriving membership, from finding your first members to building a business that doesn't rely on you being "on" every single day. We dive into the mindset shifts that come with moving beyond one-on-one services, the importance of creating spaces where people feel like they belong, and why sustainable growth starts with serving people well—not chasing numbers. We also talk about entrepreneurship, motherhood, and what legacy looks like when you're building both a business and a life you actually enjoy living. Whether you're thinking about launching a membership, growing a community, or simply creating a more sustainable business model, this conversation is packed with practical insight and thoughtful perspective. Ep. 17 | Outgrowing the Life That Looks Good on Paper with Amanda Aguilar

Have you ever looked around at the life you've built and thought, "Everything is supposed to feel right... so why doesn't it?" In this episode, I sat down with Amanda Aguilar for a conversation about the messy middle of outgrowing an old version of yourself. We talked about what it feels like when life looks successful on paper, but something inside you knows you're being invited into something different. We explored what self-love actually looks like beyond the clichés, how to rebuild self-trust after years of people-pleasing and overachieving, and why redefining success doesn't mean you've failed—it means you're paying attention to who you're becoming. Amanda also shared how her journey from Emmy Award-winning TV news reporter to Self-Love and Empowerment Coach shaped the work she does today, helping women reconnect with themselves through storytelling, compassion, and trust. Whether you're questioning a career, a relationship, or simply the version of yourself you've outgrown, I hope this conversation reminds you that wanting something different doesn't erase everything you've built—it simply makes room for what's next. About Amanda Amanda Aguilar is a Self-love + Empowerment Coach who supports women in the messy middle of outgrowing an old version of themselves — especially the ones who have done everything “right” but still feel like something in their life is asking to change. Her coaching is rooted in self-trust, self-compassion, nervous system awareness, inner child healing, and redefining success in a way that actually feels true to them. Before becoming a coach, Amanda spent 10 years as an Emmy Award-winning TV news reporter, where she learned the power of storytelling and helping people feel seen. Now, through her coaching and storytelling, she helps women reconnect with who they are, what they want, and the version of themselves they’re becoming. Ep. 16: Coming Home to Who You Already Are with Ebony Fleming

There are conversations that stay with you long after you hit stop on the recording. This was one of them. When I sat down with Ebony Fleming, I expected to talk about meal planning, routines, and creating healthier habits. We did talk about those things, but what unfolded was so much deeper. We talked about what it means to come home to yourself. Ebony shares how surviving childhood trauma led her on a journey of rediscovering who she really was, and why healing wasn't about becoming someone new. It was about learning to trust herself again. Together we unpack why so many women struggle with self-trust, how information overload has disconnected us from our own intuition, and why the way we feed ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally says so much about how we see ourselves. We also dive into the power of community, creating spaces where women feel safe to be seen, and why support will always create more lasting change than pressure ever could. This episode reminded me that legacy isn't built through perfection. It's built in the small, intentional ways we choose to care for ourselves and each other every single day. If today's conversation resonated with you, I'd love for you to share it with another woman who needs the reminder that she doesn't have to become someone else to step into what's next. Ep. 15 | When Love Feels Like Management with Julie Tran

What happens when the skills that make you successful in business start showing up in your relationship? In this episode, I sit down with Julie Tran to explore a dynamic that many ambitious women experience but rarely talk about openly: the tendency to manage, direct, or carry more than our share within our relationships. We dive into why high-achieving women often find themselves taking on the role of manager instead of partner, what this pattern can look like in everyday life, and how it can slowly create distance, resentment, and disconnection in a marriage. This conversation isn't about blame. It's about awareness. It's about understanding the difference between leadership and control, support and responsibility, and what becomes possible when both people are allowed to fully own their role within the relationship. If you've ever felt exhausted from carrying the mental load, frustrated that your partner isn't stepping up the way you hoped, or curious about how to create a healthier dynamic without micromanaging the people you love, this episode is for you. Ep. 14 | Attention Doesn’t Equal Trust

What actually happens when your content goes viral? In this episode, we're talking about the difference between getting attention online and actually building a brand people trust, remember, and stay connected to. We dive into why so many creators and business owners are chasing virality, trends, and views without realizing that the content surrounding those moments matters even more than the viral post itself.  We talk about what happens after someone discovers your content and the subconscious “profile audit” people immediately start doing when they land on your page. We break down why clarity, consistency, personality, and perspective matter so much more than constantly trying to crack the algorithm, and why attention without depth often leads to missed opportunities. We also get into the difference between sustainable content and dopamine-driven content, the role of trial reels, and why some of the strongest brands online are not necessarily the loudest ones. This episode is a conversation about building a brand that gives people a reason to stay long after the viral moment passes. Ep. 13 | Balancing Motherhood, Business, and Choosing Yourself Again with Analise Garcia

There’s a version of ambition that looks good online but quietly drains the life out of you behind the scenes. In this episode, Analise and I talk honestly about what it looks like to build a business, raise a family, stay present in your relationships, and still find ways to choose yourself in the middle of it all. This conversation felt important because so many women are trying to hold everything together while silently running on empty. We talk about the pressure ambitious mothers carry, how our definitions of success shift over time, and what balance actually looks like when you stop chasing perfection. We also explore her 25 Days of Pilates Challenge and why it became about so much more than fitness. We cover all things discipline, consistency, reconnecting with yourself, and creating routines that support the life you’re trying to build instead of constantly recovering from it. This episode is for the woman who’s building, growing, showing up for everyone else… but is finally realizing she deserves to feel supported inside her own life too.
