It takes place in January every year located in the historic and inspiring surroundings of Oxford University in the UK. The OFC's mission is to inform, challenge and inspire the 600 plus delegates who attend in-person, plus hundreds who attend online, to resonate and be a force for positive change throughout the agricultural industry.

    The 2026 Oxford Farming Conference (OFC) report, UK Agriculture: Grasping the Opportunities, authored by Dr Louise Manning is kindly supported by a generous donation from the Frank Parkinson Agricultural Trust. It calls for urgent action to reshape UK farming into a confident, mission-led and opportunity-driven sector.  This podcast accomapanies the report and is produced by the Oxford Farming Conference. The four guests are Dr Louise Manning, the report's author, Ali Capper, a hop and apple farmer from Worcestershire and a director of the Oxford Farming Conference. George Collison, an agri rural consultant, and Nicola Shadbolt, a New Zealand farmer and a professor in farm and agri business management, also in New Zealand.
