For a long time I thought life would be better if I could just stop feeling so much, but over time I’ve come to appreciate my rich inner world as a compass that leads me towards a more truthful and fulfilling life. Each week I share a personal essay about what I’m learning, what I’m rubbing up against, what feels magical, and what I’m letting go of.
