    Season One Finale

As we wrap up the first series of Wildly Liberating, we're taking a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the journey we've shared over the past six months. In this final episode before our summer break, we're looking back at some of our favourite conversations, the themes that have stayed with us, how we've changed along the way, and the unexpected gifts that have come from pressing record each fortnight. We also share some of the beautiful messages and reflections we've received from listeners—thank you for being such an important part of this community. Expect honest reflections, plenty of laughter, a few glimpses into what our summer has in store (including planning on working together in additional ways), and a chat about what it's been like working together and creating Wildly Liberating alongside everything else life brings. As we look ahead to Season Two, we'd love to hear from you. If you're passionate about your own 'woo' work—whether that's healing, coaching, spirituality, creativity, energy work, nature, or another path that helps people reconnect with themselves—and you'd love to join us for a genuine conversation, we'd love to hear your story. We're looking for authentic voices, interesting journeys, and people who are excited to share what they've learned along the way. Thank you for listening, for your encouragement, your messages, your kindness, and for making this first season something so special. We'll see you after the summer. Until then… stay curious, stay open, and stay wildly liberating. Please contact us wildyliberatingpodcast@gmail.com Kerry - @thisliberatinglife Beccy - wild.ways.woman

The Real Awakening: When everything falls apart again!

Perhaps the real awakening isn't found in becoming someone new, but in gently letting go of everything that isn't truly you. In this episode of Wildly Liberating, Beccy and Kerry explore what happens when the awakening we thought was the awakening turns out to be just another layer waiting to be shed. Together, they reflect on the identities we inherit, the identities we consciously choose, and the surprising ways life continues to invite us beyond both. Inspired by Carl Jung's concept of the Trickster archetype, this conversation explores the possibility that growth isn't always about finding answers, but about remaining open when the answers we once held so tightly begin to unravel. Drawing from their own recent experiences, Beccy and Kerry share reflections on identity, authenticity, surrender, and what it means to meet ourselves beyond labels. This is a conversation for anyone who has ever felt life asking them to let go of something they were certain about, whether that's a belief, a role, an identity, or a version of themselves they thought would last forever. In this episode, Beccy and Kerry explore: • The difference between awakening and identity • Why even healing and spirituality can become identities • The Jungian Trickster archetype and its role in personal growth • Letting go of certainty and embracing curiosity • The ego's ability to attach itself to almost anything • Authenticity beyond labels and roles • The journey from inherited self, to chosen self, to authentic self As always, this isn't a conversation about having all the answers. It's an invitation to reflect, question, and explore alongside two women who are still learning, unlearning, and discovering what it means to live authentically. If this episode resonates, share it with someone who may be navigating their own season of change, growth, or transformation. Stay curious. Stay open. Stay close to what feels true. The Power of the Female Form

In this episode, Beccy and Kerry explore the power, wisdom, and sacredness of the female form. Together, they dive into what makes a woman’s body so special — not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. From womb wisdom and menstrual cycles to intuition, emotional intelligence, and self-trust, this is a conversation about remembering that our bodies were never something to fix, but something to honour. They reflect on how women have been conditioned to disconnect from themselves — to see their periods as inconvenience, their emotions as weakness, and their intuition as irrational — and ask what changes when we begin to trust ourselves again. The episode also explores the sacred feminine and the history of women once being seen as goddess, creator, healer, and life-giver. When did that reverence disappear? And what happens when women start remembering their power instead of seeking permission for it? This is a gentle, honest conversation about returning to your body, reconnecting with your intuition, and learning to love the female form with more reverence, softness, and trust. In this episode, we talk about: – Womb wisdom and the feminine centre of knowing – Menstrual blood, cycles, and cyclical living – Emotional intelligence and heart-led wisdom – Trusting your intuition and reconnecting with self – The sacred feminine and the worship of the female form – Learning to honour your body instead of fighting it – Returning to softness, self-trust, and inner power If this episode resonates, please share it with another woman who may need this reminder. And please like and follow for more episodes on the weird and woo. Kerry - @thisliberatinglife - www.thisliberatinglife.co.uk Beccy - @wild.ways.woman - www.wildways.org.uk

    Being Spiritual - Staying Human

There’s a moment where spirituality can stop feeling supportive… and start feeling like something we have to get right. In this episode, we explore what happens when the search for healing, meaning, and connection begins to pull us away from our humanity — instead of bringing us closer to it. We talk about the ways spirituality can become something we perform or strive for, through practices like sound healing, cacao, reiki, shamanic work, and moon cycles — all of which can be beautiful, but can also quietly turn into another standard to meet. And underneath that, we explore something deeper. The human need for connection. For grounding. For something that makes sense in a world that can sometimes feel disconnected or overwhelming. This isn’t about rejecting spirituality. It’s about softening it. About coming back to the body, to feeling, to presence. To the messy, honest, real experience of being human. Because maybe the work isn’t to become more spiritual…but to become more human again. ✨ In this episode, we explore: What we really mean by “spiritual” and “human”The subtle pressure to be calm, healed, or “aligned”Spiritual bypassing (without the jargon)Why our humanity isn’t something to transcendHow returning to ourselves might be the most stabilising thing we can doA grounded conversation about what it means to be here, as you are. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. @wildlyliberating Kerry www.thisliberatinglife.co.uk @thisliberatinglife Beccy www.wildways.org.uk @wild.ways.woman
