Healing, Hope, & Restoration: Kathy Hudlow's Testimony

In this episode of The 61:1 Podcast, I'm joined by special guest Kathy Hudlow who has a deep passion to help people heal from grief, trauma, and painful life experiences so they can walk in true freedom and renewed hope. Kathy shares her personal story of what God has walked her through and how inner healing brought freedom and restoration to her life. From enduring abuse in her childhood to navigating years of coping with unresolved pain, she encountered the healing power of Jesus through inner healing. In that place, she experienced His restorative love in a life-changing way. Her testimony stands as a powerful reminder that God does not waste our pain --  He redeems it. Together, we discuss; Why inner healing is essential for every believer How unhealed wounds can impact our life even after the years of pain and abuse has stopped What freedom looks like on the other side of surrender If you've ever wondered whether healing is really possible for you, this conversation will strengthen your faith and stir your hope. Be encouraged by Kathy's testimony and reminded that as God has brought restoration to her life, He can do it for you too. 2. Why Inner Healing Matters: Freedom, Authority, and Stepping Into Your Calling

    FEB 6

Why Inner Healing Matters: Freedom, Authority, and Stepping Into Your Calling

Why does inner healing matter, and who is it really for? In this episode of The 61:1 Podcast, we continue the conversation by exploring why inner healing is an important part of every believer's journey. Inner healing is not a sign of weakness - it is a sign of spiritual maturity and a willingness to lay burdens at the feet of Jesus. Even after salvation, wounds in our soul - our mind, will, and emotions - can remain and continue to affect our daily walk with Jesus if they are not addressed. Unhealed wounds can shape the our thinking, create unhealthy patterns and cycles, block intimacy with God, distort our identity, and delay or limit how we step into our calling. In this episode, we talk about how inner healing brings freedom, breakthrough, and fruitfulness. As Jesus heals the wounded places of our heart, our relationship with Him deepens, our relationships with others grow healthier, and we are able to walk in greater authority in the calling God has placed on our lives. This episode also includes a prayer for freedom and courage for anyone sensing the Holy Spirit inviting them to begin or continue an inner healing journey. In this episode, we cover: Why inner healing matters for every believer Who should receive inner healing How unhealed wounds affect our thoughts, identity, and intimacy with God The connection between healing, freedom, and stepping into your calling Inner Healing Support If you feel led to pursue inner healing, it is helpful to walk this journey with a trusted inner healing and deliverance minister. 3. What is Inner Healing?

    JAN 17

    What is Inner Healing?

Welcome back to the 61:1 Podcast. This episode is going to be foundational for everything we'll talk about moving forward. In Episode 1, I shared that the heart behind this podcast was to create a safe, biblical, Spirit-led space to talk about healing, freedom, and restoration through Jesus. Today, I begin laying the groundwork by answering an important question: What is Inner Healing? If inner healing is unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or if you have been curious to learn more about this topic, then this is the right place for you. In this episode, I bring clarity, truth, and peace to this topic by firmly grounding it to Scripture and revealing God's heart for healing. In This Episode, You'll Learn: What inner healing is and what it is not Why inner healing is biblical and part of the fullness of the Gospel The difference between the salvation of the spirit and healing of the soul Why believers can love Jesus but still struggle with pain, wounds, and unhealthy patterns How Scripture reveals Jesus' heart to heal the brokenhearted Key Scriptures Mentioned: Luke 4:18 - Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted Proverbs 4:23 - Guard your heart, for everything flows from it Luke 6:45 - Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks 1 Thessalonians 5:23 - We are spirit, soul, and body The Greek word "sozo" - saved, healed, delivered, made whole Key Takeaways: Inner healing is not self-help or psychology apart from Jesus Inner healing is not about reliving pain or trauma Inner healing is Spirit-led, Christ-centered, and rooted in Scripture Salvation is instant, but healing is often a process Healing the heart is not optional. It is essential for freedom and maturity Inner healing is inviting Jesus into your story and allowing His truth to redefine it Reflection Questions: Are there areas of your heart that still feel tender or guarded? Are there patterns you've tried to break but haven't gotten free from? Saying "yes" to healing doesn't mean there is something wrong with you. It may simply be an invitation from God to go deeper and allow Him to bring restoration to your life. What's next: In the next episode, we'll talk about why inner healing is important for every believer and why pursuing healing is not weakness but actually spiritual maturity. Thank you for joining me in today's episode. I encourage you to sit with this teaching, pray, and ask Holy Spirit what He would like to reveal to you.
