🎧 The Trouble with Angels — Season 2, Episode 7: Chapter 14, Part 3: I Need to Speak to the Manager of Existence—Because Honey, You Don’t Deserve the Headache I’m About to Give Someone In Part 3, Hannah’s grief stops being a file and becomes a force—because Bob finally refuses to let the system separate her, soften her, or silence her. Heaven’s Upper Administration responds the way institutions always do when someone stops complying: with pursuit, politeness, and paperwork. But the Silver City has moods… and this time, it may have opinions. In This Episode (Spoiler-Free): * A universal key that makes the Silver City react like it just saw an executive badge. * Heaven’s “Main Office” is… aggressively normal (in the most horrifying way). * Grief is not a compliance issue (and the building itself agrees). * A rat named Sneaker with the confidence of a creature who has stolen from God’s supply closet. * A whispered phrase that turns your stomach: “The committee wants it clean.” * An emergency escape route through crawlspaces, seams, and bureaucracy’s blind spots. * The Silver City’s customer-service voice goes from helpful to helpful with opinions. ⚠️ Content Advisory: grief and anger around loss, institutional gaslighting / emotional suppression, implied threat/pursuit, panic-response moments, and unsettling cosmic bureaucracy. 🎧 Listen Wherever You Get Your Podcasts:Spotify • Apple • YouTube • and beyond✨ And if you want more of my audio stories, you can also listen to  Sadie Cohen: Bounty Hunter and https://gloryfink.substack.com/s/sadie-cohen-bounty-hunter  Boarding School Murder Mystery https://gloryfink.substack.com/s/boarding-school-murder-mystery  📬 Subscribe for the paperwork (and the story):Chapters, audio updates, and assorted cosmic memos arrive via inbox. 🎧 The Trouble with Angels — Season 2, Episode 6: Chapter 14, Part 2: I Need to Speak to the Manager of Existence—Because Honey, You Don’t Deserve the Headache I’m About to Give Someone Hannah files the most reasonable request in existence—direct access to the Source—and Upper Administration responds with the politest possible threat: “We can support you into compliance.” As the office smiles tighten and the signage gets creepier, Hannah discovers the real horror isn’t hellfire… it’s customer service language used as a muzzle. Bob’s patience thins. Adil’s charm turns surgical. And Heaven’s immaculate waiting room starts to feel like a trap with excellent lighting. In This Episode (Spoiler-Free): Upper Administration smiles like a clinic receptionist—then tries to “stabilize” grief into compliance. Tone policing… in Heaven. (Yes, really.) A waiting room full of bureaucratic horror notices, including the one that hits too close to home. Hannah refuses to let her sorrow become a lesson plan. Bob stops playing polite guest in a system he maintains. The system attempts a classic move: split the witnesses. ⚠️ Content Advisory:Themes of grief and bereavement; institutional gaslighting; tone policing; emotional manipulation framed as “support”; references to death/loss; tense confrontation. 🎧 The Trouble with Angels — Season 2, Episode 5: Chapter 14, Part 1: I Need to Speak to the Manager of Existence—Because Honey, You Don’t Deserve the Headache I’m About to Give Someone Heaven has fluorescent lighting, laminated flowcharts, and the kind of “help desk” smile that makes you want to apologize for having pores. Hannah shows up with grief, receipts, and a fully hydrated willingness to escalate. With Bob trying to keep the peace (and failing), Miss Lavinia serving mints like emotional PPE, and a mid-level clerk named Adil quietly collecting evidence, Chapter 14 becomes a holy customer-service nightmare where the signage has opinions, the system has feelings, and the question “Who’s in charge?” starts sounding a lot like a threat. In This Episode (Spoiler-Free): A Heavenly reception desk that treats “seeing God” like a routing request The most terrifying phrase in existence: “Please select one.” Miss Lavinia, patron saint of mints, paperwork, and telling the truth nicely Adil at Window Three: warm, competent, and suspicious in the best way Bureaucracy so advanced it starts generating acting coverage for the divine A confrontation with “Oversight” that turns grief into a compliance issue (and Hannah refuses) Doors, keys, and the moment “being polite” stops being survival The Silver City itself getting… very helpful ⚠️ Content Advisory: Mentions of grief and loss (including multiple deaths), emotional overwhelm, institutional gaslighting / “spiritual bypassing” (pain framed as a lesson), tone policing, coercive bureaucracy, and a confrontation with authority that includes raised voices and intense emotional tension. Michael hauls Gabriel into the loving chaos for a refresher on “humans can be good on purpose”—and immediately they get ambushed by the most powerful being alive: a five-year-old CEO with a clipboard and a Party Pony Rescue plan. 🎧 The Trouble with Angels — Season 2, Episode 3

🎧 The Trouble with Angels — Season 2, Episode 3: Two Tickets to the End of the World (Light Snacks Will Be Served During Judgment Day) (Chapter 12) A quiet movie theater should be an easy place to disappear. Dim lights. Buttered popcorn. A story big enough to hold your nervous system for a while. But in our Universe, even “escape” has policies—and Bob doesn’t bring Hannah here for fun. He brings her because someone powerful prefers to talk while humans are distracted… and because the sky has been acting like it has something to say. In This Episode (Spoiler-Free): A movie theater that feels less like entertainment and more like a shrine Rimona: a weather goddess with immaculate composure and storm-level opinions The funniest/creepiest human curse: in an empty room, they still block the view “Storms aren’t punishment.” A strangely tender conversation about grief and scale Cosmic bureaucracy details that feel… off (and Bob notices) A lingering sense that the system is smiling while something underneath shifts Hannah’s anger sharpening into something usable: direction ⚠️ Content Advisory: This episode includes grief themes and death aftermath, along with existential dread (including discussion of apocalypse/extinction as a concept). It also touches on institutional horror and authoritarian undertones (organized dissent, fear-based systems), plus uncanny social behavior and a kind of invisibility-like erasure (humans not noticing someone’s presence). 🎧 The Trouble with Angels — Season 2, Episode 2 The Trouble with Angels: Chapter 11 — Business Casual Armageddon A Holiday Inn Express is the last place you expect to witness divine crisis management. But when the universe is glitching, it turns out apocalypse paperwork can travel anywhere—right alongside bulk cinnamon rolls and conference-room pastries. Hannah gets this story secondhand: a reconstruction from Bob’s network, rat intel, and the kind of family debrief you only get when Heaven is quietly panicking. Michael and Gabriel arrive together in a way that isn’t casual, and Azazel is mid-seminar—teaching humans how to reduce harm inside messy systems—when something wrong slips into the room like a draft you can’t explain. Then the real problem lands: a too-clean order, an absence of love, and the terrifying suspicion that someone is trying to weaponize faith into procedure. In This Episode (Spoiler-Free): A painfully normal hotel becomes the stage for cosmic emergency logistics Michael and Gabriel move like siblings who refuse to be alone right now Azazel’s “ethical” seminar reveals what kind of work he actually does on Earth A forged apocalypse order surfaces—clean routing, wrong essence, zero love The Family makes a decision: this can’t be solved solo A brief, uncanny interruption hints reality is editing itself mid-scene ⚠️ Content Advisory:This episode includes themes of death and the afterlife (satirical/cozy-horror tone), grief themes (referenced), institutional/corporate control, power dynamics, and end-of-the-world implications handled with care. 🎧 Listen Wherever You Get Your Podcasts:Spotify • Apple • YouTube • and beyond ✨ And if you want more of my audio stories, you can also listen to:Sadie Cohen: Bounty Hunterhttps://gloryfink.substack.com/s/sadie-cohen-bounty-hunterBoarding School Murder Mysteryhttps://gloryfink.substack.com/s/boarding-school-murder-mystery Written & Read by: Glory FinkSound Engineering: Tom FinkOriginal Story Series: Gloryous Magazine on Substack 🎵 Theme Music: Angelic Forest — Doug Maxwell / Media Right Productions🎵 Additional Music: First Dream — Brian Bolger Heaven and Earth — Jeremy Black In The Morning — The Grey Room / Clark Sims 💥 Listen If You Love:😇 Good Omens (celestial chaos + snark)🗂️ The Good Place (afterlife systems + dark humor)🌙 Welcome to Night Vale (deadpan surreal)🕯️ The Magnus Archives (when cozy gets ominous)😈 Lucifer / Miracle Workers (divine workplace comedy energy)🎙️ “corporate training, but make it apocalypse” vibes Thanks for tagging along with Hannah, Bob, and the whole cosmic HR crisis in Chapter 11. 💛 Help This Story Keep Finding Its People:❤️ Tap the heart button (engagement is magic)💬 Leave a comment — Bob will pretend he doesn’t care, but he absolutely keeps stats🔁 Share this episode with a friend who loves celestial chaos, cozy-horror vibes, or divine workplace comedy ☕ Toss a coin in the coffee fund (divine contributions welcome):   → Ko-fi | Venmo | CashAppYour support keeps indie storytelling caffeinated, chaotic, and just haunted enough. 📚 Season 1 Hub + Chapters:👉 https://gloryfink.substack.com/s/the-trouble-with-angels 📚 Stay tuned for The Trouble with Angels at Gloryous Magazine: 👉 https://gloryfink.substack.com ☕ Stay Connected with the Coffee Bunny Crafter’s Café Subscribe for cozy chaos, creative magic, and behind-the-scenes updates: Subscribe here https://coffeebunny.substack.com?utm_source=substack&utm_campaign=publication_embed&utm_medium=web  Find me, Glory Fink as @Glory Writes The Blues, on social media: 🌤️ BlueSky 📸 Instagram 📹 YouTube 🎮 Twitch 📘 Facebook 🎵 TikTok @  Threads Get full access to Gloryous Magazine at gloryfink.substack.com/subscribe

They Follow Up.” (Chapter 1) By Glory Fink Hannah thinks she’s just having a catastrophic run of bad luck… until an exhausted, chain-smoking heavenly functionary named Bob shows up with the kind of message that feels less like divine comfort and more like cosmic paperwork with teeth. 😳🚬✨Angels don’t arrive with good news—they arrive with assignments.
