    上半期、お疲れさま会。経済産業大臣賞を受賞した話。 #21

    2026年もあっという間に折り返し。気づけば7月になり、下半期に突入しました。 今回は「上半期、お疲れさま会」として、この半年を振り返りながらお話ししています。 そして先日、価値デザインコンテストにて 経済産業大臣賞 を受賞しました。さらに、SMBC特別賞も受賞し、活動資金としてご支援をいただくことができました。 振り返ると、この数年間は「これでいいのかな？」「社会の役に立っている実感はあるけれど、結果が見えない」そんな不安や焦りを抱えることも多くありました。 だからこそ今回、目に見える形で評価をいただけたことは、とても大きな達成感につながりました。 結果が出ない時間。信じ続けること。そして、続けた先で見えた景色。 そんなお話をしています。 上半期を頑張った皆さんへ。 まずは一言、お疲れさまでした。 We've officially entered the second half of 2026. In this episode, I take a moment to reflect on the first six months of the year and share some exciting news: I recently received the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the Value Design Contest, as well as the SMBC Special Award. For a long time, I struggled with uncertainty. Even though I believed my work was meaningful, I often wondered if I was making enough impact or moving in the right direction. Receiving these awards gave me something I hadn't felt in a while: a sense of validation. In this episode, I talk about what it feels like when results finally become visible after years of uncertainty, and why continuing to move forward matters even when progress feels invisible. And most importantly— good job making it through the first half of the year.

    東京に憧れる理由を考えてみた #20

    小さい頃から、私は早く群馬を出たいと思っていました。 「東京はキラキラしている」「外の世界を見てみたい」 そんな憧れがずっとありました。 もちろん群馬には群馬の良さがあります。 でも今回はあえて、地方に生まれ育った私がなぜ東京や外の世界に惹かれてきたのかを考えてみました。 多種多様な人。新しい価値観。情報やチャンス。 環境が変わることで見えてきたものがあります。 地方か都会か、どちらが良いという話ではなく、 人はなぜ外の世界に憧れるのか。そんなことをゆるく話しています。 Why was I always drawn to Tokyo? Growing up in Gunma, I often dreamed of leaving and exploring a bigger world. Tokyo seemed exciting, full of opportunities, diversity, and possibilities. Of course, Gunma has many wonderful things too. But in this episode, I share why I was so fascinated by life beyond my hometown and what I discovered after stepping into different environments. This isn't about whether cities are better than rural areas. It's about curiosity, growth, and the desire to see a world larger than the one you were born into.

    Ayは2026年6月5日で、6周年を迎えました。 21歳でブランドを立ち上げてからの6年間。振り返ると、うまくいかなかったことや苦しかったことの方が多かった気がします。 それでも続けてきたこと。動き続けてきたこと。 人生には、前に出る「発散の時期」と、立ち止まって学ぶ「吸収の時期」がある。どちらも必要で、どちらにも意味がある。そして、自分で道をつくる人生は、不安も責任もあるけれど、その分、面白くて豊かです。 今回は、Ayの6年間を振り返りながら、続けることの難しさと、その先に見えた景色についてお話ししました。 いつも応援してくださる皆さま、本当にありがとうございます。

    劣等感に押しつぶされそう、どうする？#18

    今回は 「劣等感を感じるとき、どうする？」 というテーマで、キャリア、恋愛、結婚、人間関係の中で感じる“比較”や“劣等感”について話しています。地方で活動していた時間が長く、若い女性経営者として見られることも多かった私ですが、東京や海外で本当にすごい人たちを見るたびに、自分の小ささに苦しくなる瞬間もありました。 それでも、劣等感は「自分が本当は欲しいもの」を教えてくれる感情なのかもしれない。 比較しながらでも、自分のペースで進んでいきたい人へ。 In this episode, I talk about how I deal with feelings of inferiority. Whether it’s career, relationships, marriage, or lifestyle,there are moments when we compare ourselves to othersand feel like we’re falling behind. Because I spent many years working in a smaller local environment,I was often seen as “young,” “different,” or “successful” simply for doing business as a woman. But whenever I meet truly accomplished people in Tokyo or abroad,I still feel small sometimes. Over time, I’ve realized that inferiority may not always be negative.Sometimes, it simply points to what we deeply desire.     自分で掴んだチャンスをモノにする！#17

    今回は香港出張の中で感じた、「自分で掴んだチャンスをどうモノにするか」について話しています。 チャンスは待つものではなく、自分で掴みにいくもの。そして、掴んだあとにどう動くかがすごく大事。 周りと比べて焦ることもあるけれど、自分のペースは早くてもいいし、止まってもいい。大切なのは、自分で選んだ道を進み続けること。 いま何かに挑戦している人に、少しでもヒントになれば嬉しいです。 In this episode, I share insights from my recent trip to Hong Kong,and talk about how to turn opportunities into real results. Opportunities don’t just come to you—you have to go out and take them. But more importantly,what you do after you get the opportunityis what truly matters. It’s easy to compare yourself to others,but your pace can be fast, slow, or even paused.What matters is continuing on the path you chose.     体を動かそう！一番のメンタル安定薬 #17

    なんか気分が落ちる日、あるよね。 考えれば考えるほど、どんどんしんどくなるとき。 そんなときは、とりあえず体を動かす。 散歩でもいいし、少し外に出るだけでもいい。 不思議と、頭の中も少しずつ整ってくる。 メンタルって、思考だけじゃなくて“行動”でも整えられる。 Some days, everything feels heavy. The more you think, the worse it gets. On days like that—don’t overthink. Just move your body. Go for a walk. Step outside. Do something small. Your mind often follows your body. Sometimes, action is the best way to heal your thoughts.

    今回は、Makuakeで実施しているクラウドファンディングのコメントにお答えしながら、私が大切にしている想いについて話しています。衰退していく日本の文化。 このままなくなってしまうのかもしれない、という現実。それでも、その中にある「豊かな物語」を 未来へ繋いでいく役割があるのではないかと感じています。Ayとしてなぜシルクスカーフを作ったのか。 このプロダクトに込めた意味について、静かに言葉にしてみました。 In this episode, I respond to comments from our Makuake crowdfunding campaign while sharing the deeper intention behind my work. Japanese cultural traditions are slowly fading, and some may eventually disappear. But even so, I believe there is a role in carrying forward the rich stories they hold. I talk about why I created the silk scarf, and what it means to me to connect the past with the present.

    今回は 「結果が出るまで、打席に立ち続ける」 というテーマで、 挑戦している中で感じる「結果が出ない時間」について話しています。 うまくいかないことや、評価されないことが続くと、 意味があるのか不安になることもある。 でも、打席に立ち続けることでしかヒットは生まれない。 今まさに頑張っている人に、そっと届いたら嬉しいです。 In this episode, I talk about continuing to show up until results come. When you’re challenging yourself, there are many moments where nothing seems to work—no results, no recognition, no clear progress. It can make you question everything. But the truth is, you can’t hit if you don’t step up to the plate. The only thing we can control is how many times we show up and try again. If you’re in a season where things aren’t working yet, I hope this episode reminds you—you’re still in the process.
