Episode 18 : Become an Energetic Match for What You Desire

Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Episode 18 — Become an Energetic Match for What You Desire Please leave a review & check out the new FAN MAIL option to communicate with me :-) I’m so excited to hear what’s resonating with you and connect more deeply with listeners from all over the world ✨ Welcome to Episode 18 of The Less Stress, More Magic Podcast ✨  I’m your host, Erin Wallen, and I’m so glad you’re here. This podcast is for capable, caring women who are doing all the “right” things—yet still feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in stress. If you’ve ever tried to “think more positively” or reframe your mindset and wondered why it didn’t stick, this episode is for you. In this episode, we explore what it truly means to become an energetic match for what you desire—and why constantly “wanting” something may actually be keeping it further away. We talk about the emotional energy behind manifestation, the nervous system’s role in receiving, and how to stop chasing outcomes from urgency, scarcity, and pressure. We’ll talk about:  • Why desire can unintentionally repel what you want  • How to identify the emotional states you’re truly craving  • The connection between manifestation and nervous system regulation  • Why the energy you create a goal from matters deeply  • How to embody abundance, freedom, joy, or peace before the external result arrives • The shift from gripping tightly to “needing for nothing” Why This Matters So many women unknowingly sacrifice the very feelings they desire—freedom, peace, presence, joy, balance—in the process of trying to achieve their goals. But the energy in which we pursue something shapes the experience we create. In this episode, I invite you to stop asking only “What do I want?” and begin asking: “How do I believe this will make me feel?” Because when you begin cultivating those feelings now, you not only experience more ease in the present moment—you often become far more magnetic to the things you desire. Episode 17 : A Peek Inside My Mind: The Story I’m Rewriting

Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Episode 17: A Peek Inside My Mind: The Story I’m Rewriting Welcome to Episode 17 of The Less Stress, More Magic Podcast ✨  I’m your host, Erin Wallen, and I’m so glad you’re here. This podcast is for capable, caring women who are doing all the “right” things—yet still feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in stress. If you’ve ever tried to “think more positively” or reframe your mindset and wondered why it didn’t stick, this episode is for you. In This Episode This week, I’m sharing a very real and vulnerable look into my own healing journey and the hidden nervous system story I recently uncovered that has quietly been driving parts of my behavior for years. We talk about subconscious beliefs, achievement patterns, nervous system safety, and what it actually looks like to rewrite old stories with compassion instead of shame. We’ll talk about:  Why 95% of our stories and patterns live beneath conscious awareness  How nervous system safety helps hidden beliefs rise to the surface  The subconscious connection between discomfort, achievement, and overworking  Why slowing down and looking inward can initially feel uncomfortable  The difference between logically knowing something and truly feeling safe in it  How awareness creates the opportunity to rewrite old patterns and choose differently Why This Matters So many high-achieving women unknowingly tie their freedom, worth, rest, or happiness to productivity and results. But often, these patterns were created long ago and continue running quietly beneath the surface. In this episode, I share how increasing nervous system safety allows us to finally see these hidden stories—not to judge ourselves, but to create more intentionality, ease, and alignment in how we live. ✨ This is exactly the deeper work we do inside my signature program, Power of Ease—helping women regulate their nervous system, uncover hidden stress patterns, and create more success, clarity, joy, and alignment without living in constant pressure and overdrive. Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Episode 16  Welcome to Episode 16 of The Less Stress, More Magic Podcast ✨ I’m your host, Erin Wallen, and I’m so glad you’re here. This podcast is for capable, caring women who are doing all the “right” things—yet still feel overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck in stress. If you’ve ever felt like you have a million ideas but no clear direction—or like you’re busy but not moving forward—this episode is for you. In This Episode We’re diving into the flow state—what it is, why it matters, and how your nervous system plays a key role in accessing it. We’ll talk about:  • The difference between having too many ideas vs. not enough—and what it reveals about your nervous system  • Why urgency and overwhelm are signs you’re outside of flow  • How regulation creates clarity, focus, and better results  • The “magic zone” (flow state) and how to access it more consistently  • A simple framework to help you shift from force → flow in real time  • Why less, intentional action leads to more momentum Why This Matters Flow isn’t something you force—it’s something you access. When your nervous system feels safe, your mind becomes clear.  When your mind is clear, your actions become focused.  And when your actions are focused, everything starts to feel easier and more effective. This is how you move from overwhelm and scattered energy… into clarity, momentum, and ease. 4. Episode 15 : The Three Levels of Dreaming (Part 2): A Guided Experience into Your Potential

    May 12

Episode 15 : The Three Levels of Dreaming (Part 2): A Guided Experience into Your Potential

Send us Fan Mail In This Episode This is Part 2 of The Three Levels of Dreaming—and instead of just learning about your potential, you’ll be guided into experiencing it. In this episode, I walk you through a powerful nervous system-based meditation designed to help you step beyond what feels probable or even possible… and into the field of true potentiality—where your most aligned, expansive self already exists. We’ll talk about:  A quick recap of the three levels of dreaming: probable, possible, and potential  Why stepping into bigger dreams can feel uncomfortable (and even unsafe) in your body  The role of your nervous system in either limiting or expanding what you can hold  How creating safety in expansion changes the way results show up in your life  A guided meditation to help you access and embody your highest potential  How to begin integrating this energy into your everyday life Why This Matters So often, we think the gap between where we are and where we want to be is about strategy, discipline, or doing more. But in reality, it’s about capacity. When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe with what you desire, you’ll unconsciously pull back—keeping you in cycles of starting, stopping, and staying smaller than what’s actually available to you. But when you learn to create safety in expansion…  You don’t have to force your dreams. You become the version of you who can receive them. Reflection / Journal Prompts Take a moment to reflect or journal:  What did I experience or feel in the space of potentiality?  What felt different in my body compared to how I usually think about my dreams?  What is one small way I can embody this energy in my everyday life? ✨ Free Resource  Support your nervous system with my Daily Ease Reset Checklist—a simple, grounding tool to help you shift out of stress and back into calm throughout your day.  👉 https://erinwallencoaching.myflodesk.com/dailyeasechecklist 🎧 Subscribe & Follow  New episodes drop weekly on Tuesdays.  If this episode resonated, subscribe, follow along, and share it with a friend who also could use a little less stress and a lot more everyday magic! 📱 Connect with me on Instagram for more support and behind-the-scenes:  👉 https://www.instagram.com/joybyerin/

Episode 14 : The Three Levels of Dreaming (Part 1): Moving from Dream to Reality

Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Episode 14 Welcome to Episode 14 of The Less Stress, More Magic Podcast ✨ I’m your host, Erin Wallen, and I’m so glad you’re here. This podcast is for capable, caring women who are doing all the “right” things—yet still feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in stress. If you’ve ever tried to “think more positively” or reframe your mindset and wondered why it didn’t stick, this episode is for you. In This Episode Most of us have been taught how to dream—but not how to feel safe in the energy of those dreams. In this episode, we’re diving into a powerful framework that will completely shift how you understand growth, manifestation, and why your dreams can sometimes feel overwhelming or just out of reach. We’ll talk about: • The three levels of dreaming: probability, possibility, and potentiality  • Why dreaming bigger can actually trigger discomfort, overthinking, or shutdown  • The cycle of dream → dysregulation → regulation → expansion  • Why your nervous system—not your strategy—is what determines what you can hold  • How to build safety around your dreams through small, everyday moments  • What it actually looks like to move from idea to tangible reality Why This Matters If you’ve ever felt like you know what you want—but can’t seem to fully step into it—this episode will help you understand why. It’s not that you’re doing anything wrong.  It’s that your body may not yet feel safe holding what you desire. When you learn how to regulate your nervous system, you expand your capacity—not just to dream, but to stay present with the uncertainty, trust the process, and allow those dreams to become real. This isn’t just about big visions for the future—  it’s about how you show up on a random Tuesday,  how you respond to uncertainty,  and the energy you bring into your work, relationships, and life. Reflection / Journal Prompts Take a moment to reflect or journal:  • Where in your life are you operating from probability instead of possibility or potentiality?  • When discomfort arises around something you want, do you tend to control, overthink, or pull back?  • What would it look like to stay present with that discomfort—even for one breath? ✨ Free Resource Support your nervous system with my Daily Ease Reset Checklist—a simple, grounding tool to help you shift out of stress and back into calm throughout your day. 👉 https://erinwallencoaching.myflodesk.com/dailyeasechecklist 🎧 Subscribe & Follow New episodes drop weekly on Tuesdays. In This Episode Have you ever had a day that looked like your dream life on paper…  and yet you woke up feeling off? In this episode, I’m sharing a real-life experience of that exact moment—and walking you through a powerful reframe that can completely change how you interpret discomfort. We’ll explore the difference between expansion discomfort and misalignment discomfort, and how learning to tell the difference can transform the way you make decisions, show up, and trust yourself. We’ll talk about:  Why even your “dream life” can still feel uncomfortable  The difference between expansion discomfort and misalignment  How your nervous system processes change and growth  The subtle cues your body gives you when something is (or isn’t) aligned  Why you should never make decisions from a dysregulated state  A simple 3-question filter to help you find clarity in real time Why This Matters So many women are stuck between two extremes—pushing through discomfort no matter what, or pulling back the moment something feels off. But the truth is, not all discomfort means stop… and not all discomfort means keep going. When you learn how to read your body and regulate your nervous system first, you unlock a deeper level of clarity, self-trust, and alignment—allowing you to move toward your goals with more ease, confidence, and intention. If you’ve ever tried to “think more positively” or reframe your mindset and wondered why it didn’t stick, this episode is for you.   In This Episode  What if the way you feel isn’t just affecting you—but everyone around you?  In this episode, I explore the powerful idea that we are healing the world one nervous system at a time—and how your internal state is constantly influencing your relationships, your environment, and even the opportunities you experience.  We’ll talk about:  • How your nervous system is always scanning for safety or danger beneath conscious awareness   • Why your state of regulation subtly impacts every person you interact with  • The concept of co-regulation and how we “share” energy with others  • How to recognize which relationships feel regulating vs. draining  • The different roles we play in relationships (support, balance, or overgiving)  • Why small shifts in your nervous system can create a ripple effect far beyond you   Why This Matters  When you begin to understand that your nervous system is always communicating—through your tone, body language, and energy—you start to see just how powerful you really are.  This work isn’t just about feeling better.  It’s about creating safer, more connected relationships… showing up more fully in your life… and realizing that even small shifts toward regulation can impact far more than you think.  When you regulate your nervous system, you don’t just change your experience—  you change the experience of everyone around you.   Reflection / Journal Prompts  Take a moment to reflect or journal:  • Where in my life do I feel most regulated… and who am I around in those moments?  • What energy am I bringing into my relationships right now?  • What would shift if I focused on creating just 10% more safety in my nervous system today?   ✨ Free Resource Support your nervous system with my Daily Ease Reset Checklist—a simple, grounding tool to help you shift out of stress and back into calm throughout your day. 👉 https://erinwallencoaching.myflodesk.com/dailyeasechecklist   🎧 Subscribe & Follow New episodes drop weekly on Tuesdays. Episode 11 : When You Can’t Focus on Your “Productive” Days, Do This First

Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Episode 11 Welcome to Episode 11 of The Less Stress, More Magic Podcast ✨ I’m your host, Erin Wallen, and I’m so glad you’re here. This podcast is for capable, caring women who are doing all the “right” things—yet still feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in stress. If you’ve ever tried to “think more positively” or reframe your mindset and wondered why it didn’t stick, this episode is for you. In This Episode Have you ever had a day where you planned to be really productive…  you had the time, the plan, the intention—  and then when it came time to actually do the thing, you just couldn’t focus? In this episode, I’m sharing a real-time experience of that exact moment—and offering a powerful reframe that can completely change how you approach those “unproductive” days. We’ll talk about:  Why not being able to focus isn’t a discipline problem  How your nervous system communicates through “lack of focus”  What’s actually happening in your brain when you feel foggy or resistant  The hidden cost of pushing through when your system isn’t on board  A simple shift to move from frustration → clarity  How to work with your nervous system instead of against it Why This Matters So many women have learned to override their body’s signals in the name of productivity. But when your nervous system isn’t being listened to, it doesn’t go away—it gets louder. What feels like procrastination or lack of discipline is often your body asking for something deeper: safety, space, or support. When you learn to recognize and respond to these signals, everything changes—clarity returns, energy shifts, and productivity becomes more sustainable (and a lot more easeful).
