    Can AI help us become more mindful? In today's episode, I sit with Dr. Steve Haberlin, author, researcher and long-term meditator, to explore one of the biggest questions facing the future of mindfulness: what role should AI play in practice? A practitioner of Transcendental Meditation for over 30 years, he is the author of several books, including Meta-Meditation for Mental Health (Routledge). He explores how ancient wisdom traditions and emerging technology can responsibly inform one another.
