Do you feel like you lost yourself in a relationship? Do you miss who you were before the heartbreak and wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again? Do you love God but feel disconnected from Him because of shame from your past? I’m glad you’re here. This podcast helps Christian young women rebuild their identity in Christ after toxic relationships so they can:  Heal emotionally  Regain confidence  Stop defining themselves by who they loved or what they endured Each episode delivers biblical truth, faith-led guidance, and practical steps to help you reconnect with God, restore your worth, and become emotionally grounded and secure again. Hey, I’m Morgan Fowler, a Christian Healing Coach, helping women break soul ties, heal from toxic relationships, and rebuild their identity in Christ. I'm also a wife, follower of Christ, and a woman who knows what it feels like to lose herself in a relationship. I tried to move on by distracting myself, seeking validation, and pretending I was fine. I kept asking God to heal me while still carrying shame, confusion, and a broken sense of identity. Everything changed when I stopped trying to find myself in relationships and allowed God to rebuild me from the inside out. I learned to: • Heal emotionally • Release guilt and shame • Rebuild my identity through Christ Not by expecting perfection, but by believing God’s truth. I became confident, grounded, and secure in who God created me to be. If you are a Christian young woman who: • Lost herself in a toxic relationship • Struggles with confidence and self-worth • Feels disconnected from who she used to be • Wants healing rooted in Scripture • Desires to walk in confidence before dating again This podcast is for you. Open your Bible, take a breath, and let God remind you who you are - one episode at a time.

28 | How I Became a Different Woman (It's Not What You Think)

Most women think confidence comes from learning to love themselves.   I used to think that too.   But looking back, I don't believe that was the deepest issue.   My real problem was that I had no clear values, no convictions, and no vision for the woman God was calling me to become.   Because of that, I accepted less than I deserved, compromised my boundaries, and made decisions based on my emotions instead of God's truth.   In this episode, I'm sharing the biblical shift that changed everything.   Together we'll walk through Proverbs 31, talk about what it really means to become a godly woman, and learn how to develop values, convictions, and standards that shape every area of our lives.   We'll also talk about: • What the fruit of the Spirit actually means • How to pursue purity, even if your past isn't pure • What convictions are and why they matter • Why feelings make terrible leaders • How to become someone you genuinely respect through obedience to God   You don't become a Proverbs 31 woman overnight.   You become her one obedient decision at a time.   Scripture Mentioned: • Proverbs 31 • Galatians 5:22–23   If this episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to leave a review and share it with another woman who needs this reminder today.   🩵Ready for personalized support? 27 | The Real Reason You Keep Accepting Less Than You Deserve

Most women think their biggest problem is the people they're choosing.   The wrong relationships. The wrong friendships. The wrong situations.   But what if the deeper issue isn't what's happening around you?   What if it's what you believe about yourself?   In this episode, I'm sharing a powerful realization from my own healing journey: my problem wasn't simply that I didn't love myself. The deeper issue was that I had no clear values, standards, boundaries, or vision for the woman God was calling me to become.   When you don't know what you stand for, you'll often accept whatever comes into your life.   We'll talk about:   • Why self-worth isn't selfish • How your standards reveal what you truly believe about yourself • The connection between identity and boundaries • Why healing is about more than learning to "love yourself" • How developing values changes your decisions • What it means to see yourself the way God sees you • Why knowing you're a daughter of God changes everything   If you've ever found yourself settling, over-giving, ignoring your own needs, moving your boundaries, or accepting things that don't align with who you want to become, this episode is for you.   Reflection Questions:   • Do I value myself the way God values me? • What am I tolerating that doesn't align with my values? • What standards or boundaries do I need to strengthen? • Have I been looking to others to define my worth instead of God? • What would change if I truly saw myself the way God sees me?   The goal isn't becoming obsessed with yourself.   The goal is seeing yourself through God's eyes.   Because when you know who you are in Christ, your standards change, your boundaries change, your choices change, and ultimately, your life changes.   🩵Ready for personalized support? 21 | Why You Keep Reacting Emotionally in Relationships (And How to Finally Stop)

Why do I keep reacting like this? You say you’re not going to do it again… but then something happens  a tone, a text, a moment  and suddenly you feel overwhelmed, triggered, and reacting in a way you didn’t plan. And afterward? You’re left replaying it… overthinking… wishing you handled it differently.   If that’s been you, I want you to hear this: You’re not “too emotional.” You’re not crazy. And you’re not the problem. But there is something deeper going on.   In this episode, we’re getting underneath the reaction  because this isn’t just about behavior… it’s about the patterns driving it. Patterns shaped by: past relationships fear of rejection emotional wounds and the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself   In this episode, I walk you through: why you feel so triggered in relationships what’s actually happening in those emotional moments why you keep falling into the same patterns how to pause instead of react and how to start responding from your identity in Christ I’m also sharing a simple identity practice using scripture that you can use in real time when those emotions hit.   If you’ve been stuck in: emotional reactions anxiety in relationships people-pleasing or feeling out of control in your emotions… this episode will help you finally understand what’s going on  and how to start shifting it in a way that actually lasts. You’re not broken. You’ve just been responding from a place that God never asked you to stay in 💜
