Trime: Two Years of Trime, Growth, Tears & a New Chapter Ahead | E39

This episode is different. After two years of building Trime from the ground up, sharing stories, challenging silence, and creating space for conversations our community was never allowed to have… this marks Leonarda’s final episode before stepping into motherhood. In this episode, we reflect on everything. The growth. The moments that broke us.The moments that made us.The laughter, the tears, and the reality of what it means to be Albanian women navigating identity, culture, and expectation. This isn’t just a look back at the podcast. It’s a look at how far we’ve come, as individuals, as women, and as a community. We speak honestly about pregnancy, change, and what it means to pause something you’ve poured your heart into… without letting it go. Lejla will continue leading Trime forward, holding the space, continuing the conversations, and pushing the mission ahead. And Leonarda? She’s not gone. She’s just stepping into a new chapter, watching, supporting, and preparing for her return. This isn’t goodbye. It’s a shift. And we can’t wait for what comes next. Trime - What Happens When Your Job Starts Destroying You | E36

This episode is just us. No guests. No filters. Just real life decisions that change everything. Lejla opens up about the moment she realised her job was slowly eating away at her life, and the terrifying decision to walk away from stability to focus on what truly matters: building advocacy programmes, speaking, and creating real services for women in our community. We talk honestly about fear.Fear of leaving a salary.Fear of not having money.Fear shaped by childhood and survival. But we also talk about purpose, and what happens when you can no longer ignore the work you know you were placed here to do. Leo shares what’s currently unfolding behind the scenes, her own plans, and a truth we don’t speak about enough: Women in our communities are rarely taught to invest in themselves, their education, or their future. We’re taught to survive, not to build. This episode is about unlearning that.Choosing yourself. And building something meaningful, even when it feels terrifying. If you’ve ever felt stuck between security and purpose, this conversation is for you. Welcome to another honest conversation at Trime. Trime - Enrika: I'm An Albanian Woman Choosing Me E35

In this episode of Trime, we sit with Enrika, an Albanian model and athletic aerobics dancer who is quietly, powerfully choosing a different path. Enrika’s story isn’t about shock or spectacle. It’s about discipline. Expression. And what it means to follow your own rhythm in a culture that still expects women to stay small, predictable, and silent. She speaks openly about her journey into modelling and aerobics dancing as a sport, about losing weight and realising she no longer felt like herself, and about how returning to her natural state came without guidance or support. We explore what it’s like to become in a community that often looks backwards, and how Albanian women are forced to navigate visibility, ambition, and difference on their own. This conversation is about choosing yourself. About moving forward when the culture hasn’t caught up. About being an Albanian woman who does it differently. Enrika reminds us that there is more than one way to exist, more than one way to be strong, and more than one way to belong.  Trime Podcast Socials: Insta - https://www.instagram.com/trimepodcast/ TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@trimeeee Website - https://www.trime.co.uk/ Email - info@trime.co.uk Leonarda's Socials Insta - https://www.instagram.com/leonardaaaa TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@leonardademol Lejla's Socials Insta - https://www.instagram.com/lejlaptms TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@lejlaptms
