Tapestry of Faith: God is Still Weaving

Susan

Women carry so many threads ... faith, identity, motherhood, purpose, relationships, seasons of waiting, whispered prayers, and dreams that still ache to be lived.  Tapestry of Faith is a place for women to gather those threads and explore what God is weaving in the unseen. Through honest conversations, personal reflections, and stories of resilience and becoming, we talk about the journey toward wholeness ... spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. Some episodes feel like sitting with a friend who understands. Others feel like having a mentor speak life into a weary season. And sometimes, we’re joined by women who share the threads God has woven through their own lives. If you’re longing for clarity, belonging, restoration, or spiritual strength in the middle of real life ... you’re in the right place. You’re not late. You’re not alone. God is still weaving.

You Know God Is Faithful … So Why Is It So Hard to Trust Him Right Now?

You know God is faithful. You’ve seen Him provide. You’ve watched Him answer prayers, open doors, and carry you through things you weren’t sure you could survive. And yet when you’re waiting for an answer, facing disappointment, or trying to understand what God is doing right now … trusting Him can suddenly feel a whole lot harder. Maybe you’re wondering: God, where are You? Sometimes our present circumstances become louder than our memories of God’s past faithfulness. And sometimes faith isn’t about learning something new. Sometimes faith is remembering what you already know. In this episode of Tapestry of Faith: God Is Still Weaving, Susan talks about trusting God when He feels quiet, when the answer isn’t what you hoped for, and when you simply don’t understand what He’s doing. You can trust God and still cry. You can trust God and still be disappointed. You can trust God and still say, “I don’t understand.” Because trust isn’t understanding everything God is doing. Trust is knowing enough about who God is to stay close when you don’t understand what He’s doing. He was faithful then. He’s faithful here. And through every thread you cannot yet understand… God is still weaving. 🧵🤍 Tapestry of Faith with Susan D. Crum Real conversations about faith, life, and the stories God is still weaving. You’re Grateful … So Why Do You Still Feel Like Something’s Missing?

You are grateful. You know there is good in your life. You can name the blessings. So why do you still have this nagging feeling that something is missing? Maybe you’ve even felt guilty for feeling that way. Maybe you’ve told yourself you should be happier. More content. More satisfied. More grateful. But what if that feeling doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful at all? What if it means something is shifting? In this episode of Tapestry of Faith: God Is Still Weaving, Susan explores what can happen when a season that once fit no longer does ... and why sensing that something needs to change doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. Sometimes growth feels like restlessness before it feels like clarity. Sometimes a dream resurfaces. Sometimes an old role begins to feel too small. Sometimes you simply know: I can’t keep doing life exactly the way I’ve been doing it. You don’t need to figure out your whole future today. You don’t need to make some enormous change. Maybe the invitation is simply to pay attention. To listen. To stay willing. And to ask God: What are You showing me in this season? Because you can be deeply grateful for where you are... and still believe God may be leading you somewhere new. You’re not asking for more pressure. You may simply be longing for more purpose. And whatever comes next... God is still weaving. 🤍 Tapestry of Faith with Susan D. Crum Real conversations about faith, life, and the stories God is still weaving. You May Be Making a Bigger Difference Than You Think

You may not have a title. You may not lead a team. You may not even think of yourself as a leader. But that doesn’t mean your life isn’t making an impact. The way you show up.  The way you respond when life gets hard.  The way you love, encourage, forgive, serve, and trust God. Someone is being influenced by the way you live. And you may be making a much bigger difference than you realize. In this episode of Tapestry of Faith: God Is Still Weaving, we’re looking at leadership differently—not as a position or title, but as the quiet influence of a faithfully lived life. We’ll talk about the influence you already have at home, at work, in your relationships, and in the ordinary moments no one applauds. We’ll also talk about an important distinction: leading and loving people doesn’t mean carrying everything for them. You can love without controlling. Encourage without rescuing. Be present without having all the answers. And trust God with the people you love most. Maybe you don’t need a bigger platform. Maybe God has already placed people around you who are being impacted by your prayers, your words, your faith, and simply the way you keep showing up. 🤍 COMPLIMENTARY REFLECTION I created a simple two-page reflection to accompany this episode called The Influence You Don’t See. It will help you reflect on: • Who is already within your circle of influence  • What your life may be teaching them  • One small, faithful way you can show up more intentionally this week If you’d like your complimentary copy, simply email tapestryoffaith16@gmail.com with the word INFLUENCE in the subject line, and I’ll send it your way. 🤍 Because you may never fully see the impact of your prayers, your words, your faith, or the way you keep showing up. But that doesn’t mean the impact isn’t there. You may be making a bigger difference than you think. And through every ordinary, beautiful, imperfect thread... God is still weaving. 🧵🤍 Tapestry of Faith with Susan D. Crum Real conversations about faith, life, and the stories God is still weaving. It's Never Too Late to Become Who God Created You to Be

Have you ever looked in the mirror and quietly wondered... "Who am I now?" Life has a way of changing us. We spend years caring for our families, building careers, walking through heartbreak, surviving illness, supporting everyone else, and simply doing what needs to be done. Then one day we realize... Somewhere along the way, we've forgotten ourselves. But what if you haven't lost who you are? What if God has been faithfully shaping you all along? In this week's episode of Tapestry of Faith, we're talking about rediscovering your identity—not by trying to become the woman you used to be, but by embracing the woman God is creating today. We'll explore why your past doesn't define you, why God still has purpose for this season of your life, and why it's never too late to become who He created you to be. Because you are more than what you've been through. And the woman you're becoming is worth the wait. 🤍 ✨ Mentioned in this episode: 7 Days to Breathe Again (Complimentary) A gentle 7-day experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with God and yourself, and create space to hear His voice in the middle of life's busyness. You're Not Stuck ... You're Becoming

Have you ever looked at your life and thought ... "I thought I'd be further along by now." Maybe you've been praying for your circumstances to change. Maybe you've been faithfully taking one small step after another, wondering if any of it is making a difference. What if you're not stuck? What if God is doing His greatest work in the one place you haven't been looking ... your heart? In this week's episode of Tapestry of Faith, we talk about the difference between surviving and truly living, why God often changes us before He changes our circumstances, and how the small, faithful steps you take every day are shaping the woman you're becoming. Because becoming rarely happens all at once. It happens one prayer ...  one surrender ...  one act of faith ...  one day at a time. If you've been feeling discouraged, waiting for a breakthrough, or wondering if God is still working, I hope this conversation reminds you of one simple truth: You're not stuck. You're becoming. And the woman you're becoming is worth the wait. 🤍 ✨ Mentioned in this episode: 7 Days to Breathe Again (Complimentary) A free 7-day experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with God and yourself, and create space to hear His voice in the middle of life's busyness.
