So many of us grew up surrounded by diet culture, mixed messages about “good” and “bad” foods, and worth tied to how we looked in those skinny jeans. Now, as adults and parents ourselves, we’re trying to do better—without always knowing how. I provide insights into this process with warmth, humor, and compassion, reminding us that breaking the cycle starts with awareness, not perfection.
