    The Treaty Nobody’s Talking About

    While most of the prophecy world has its eyes on the Middle East and the World Cup rollout, there’s a quieter story unfolding in Geneva that deserves our attention — because it may be one of the clearest pictures we have of how global governance actually gets built. What It Is In May 2025, the World Health Assembly adopted the WHO Pandemic Agreement — only the second legally binding health treaty in the WHO’s 77-year history. The first was the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control in 2005. That alone should tell you this isn’t routine business. The stated purpose is straightforward: COVID exposed real gaps in global health coordination — hoarded vaccines, fragmented response, inequitable access — and this agreement is meant to close those gaps with a binding international framework. The Mechanics The piece still being finalized right now is the Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing system, or PABS. In plain terms, PABS governs how pathogen samples move between countries and how the resulting vaccines and treatments get shared back out — including a proposed set-aside (around 20%) of real-time pandemic production for global distribution through the WHO. Alongside PABS, the agreement establishes a Global Supply Chain and Logistics Network coordinated by the WHO, and a Coordinating Financial Mechanism to fund preparedness efforts across countries. Structurally, the agreement can’t even open for signature until the PABS annex is fully adopted, and it needs 60 countries to ratify before it enters into force. Negotiators have been in session on this annex multiple times this year — most recently May 1, 2026, when member states again agreed to extend the negotiation window. Another round runs this month. Why I’m Watching It I’m not going to tell you this treaty is the covenant of Daniel 9:27. I’m careful about that verse and I don’t want to force a connection that isn’t there. What I will say is this: the language surrounding this agreement — solidarity, equity, multilateralism — is the same language we keep seeing attached to every major global infrastructure project right now, from the EU Digital Identity Wallet to CBDC pilots to biometric systems at events like the World Cup. None of these systems function in isolation. They all depend on the same ingredient to activate at scale: a crisis significant enough, and a population willing enough, to accept a global solution without asking too many questions. That’s not a conspiracy theory. That’s just how consolidation has worked throughout history — quietly, legally, and with everyone’s consent, because who wants to be the one voting against “pandemic preparedness”? Scripture tells us the last days will see the world unified under a system in a way it never has been before. We won’t see that unification arrive with a single dramatic announcement. We’ll see it exactly like this — one treaty, one framework, one working group at a time, all separately reasonable, until one day they’re not separate anymore. As always — don’t take my word for it.     A Covenant On The Table

    On June 26th of this year, Israel and Lebanon signed what’s being called the Trilateral Framework Agreement, with the U.S. brokering and guaranteeing it. On the surface it’s sold as security and normalization: border stabilization, disarmament provisions tied to Hezbollah, economic cooperation, and a phased implementation timeline. That’s the press release version, and it’s public record. Here’s why my watchman instincts went up: it’s a formal, multi-phase, internationally brokered covenant, plural language, a guarantor nation, a timeline with checkpoints, involving Israel and a neighboring power, over land and security terms. I’m not saying this is the covenant. I want to be careful, because a lot of prophecy voices get sloppy right at this point. What I’m saying is this is a pattern marker. It’s the shape of what Daniel 9:27 describes, a covenant confirmed for a period, with a defined structure. Whether it’s a rehearsal, a partial fulfillment, or a footnote isn’t for me to declare. It’s for you to watch, and for the Lord to reveal in His timing. This agreement doesn’t exist in isolation. Layer it against the EU Digital Identity Wallet rollout accelerating across member states, biometric infrastructure tied to global events like the World Cup that never gets dismantled once it’s built, a Pope issuing formal teaching on AI governance, and continued diplomatic centralization by figures positioning themselves as indispensable brokers between East and West. None of this proves anything alone. But watchwomen don’t watch single threads, we watch the weave. What I see forming is infrastructure, political, technological, and spiritual, that could receive a covenant-confirming figure very easily whenever he’s revealed. The systems are being built. The stage is being set. I don’t presume to know if curtain-up is this decade or later. But the set design is not neutral. That’s what’s on the wall this week. I’ll keep tracking the Trilateral Framework as it moves through its phases, and bring you the next marker with the same care, same markers-not-names discipline, every time.     Tomorrow — June 12th — Emmanuel Macron hosts an international peace conference in Paris, dedicated to implementing a two-state solution for Israel and a Palestinian state. Most people will scroll past this headline without blinking. You shouldn’t. Here’s what the news won’t tell you: This is not Macron’s first attempt. Over the past two years, he has co-chaired a UN peace conference in New York, led 142 nations to adopt a shared Middle East framework, announced France’s formal recognition of a Palestinian state, and positioned himself as the indispensable global broker of peace for the land of Israel. One hundred and forty-two nations. A framework he called “an irreversible path.” Daniel 9:27 describes the Antichrist confirming a covenant with many — not with Israel alone. With many. I’m not telling you Macron is the Antichrist. I’m telling you the architecture Daniel described is being assembled in real time. And a significant piece gets laid tomorrow.     The Grand Deception

    This episode covers the coming deception of signs and lying wonders and the powerful delusion prophesied in the Bible. I discuss why I believe an alien deception is the strong delusion and that the world is being primed for it right now. What the government is labeling “unidentified anomalous phenomena” is not technology from another solar system. These are fallen angelic beings — principalities and powers (Ephesians 6) — operating in the physical realm exactly as they always have. They look technological because supernatural power looks like advanced technology to human eyes. And 2 Corinthians 11:14 already told us they are masters of disguise.     The Infrastructure Is Almost Ready

    Most people are not connecting the dots. But if you know what to look for, the picture is getting hard to ignore. In the last several weeks, Emmanuel Macron has been pushing harder than ever to position himself as the architect of Middle East peace — calling on Israel to renounce its territorial ambitions in Lebanon, reaffirming France’s commitment to remain on the ground there through the end of 2026, and advancing a phased peace framework that targets a full Israel-Lebanon non-aggression agreement with border demarcation between Israel, Lebanon, and Syria before the year is out. At the same time, the EU Digital Identity Wallet is legally required to be in every member state’s hands by the end of 2026 — a single verified digital identity tied to banking, government services, travel, and commerce. And the European Central Bank has been ordered to accelerate its digital euro rollout, with standards dropping this summer, a pilot in 2027, and a mandatory full launch in 2029. Peace covenant architecture. A unified digital identity system. A programmable currency tied to that identity. All converging. All now. Daniel 9:27 describes a figure who confirms a covenant with many and starts the final seven-year clock. Revelation 13:17 describes a system where buying and selling is controlled through identity and allegiance. I am not saying we are there. I am saying the infrastructure being built right now makes both of those passages look less like distant prophecy and more like a construction blueprint. The pre-wrath position I hold means the Church is present through the seal judgments — which means we need to be grounded, prepared, and clear-eyed, not panicked. Daniel 11:32 promises that the people who know their God will be strong and take action. That is the assignment.
