What I learned is that real progress comes from understanding how people work, leading by example, helping everyone use their gifts, and creating clarity so the team can thrive in the workplace. Strong team cultures are built when leaders communicate clearly, recognize the strengths and emotions of others, and lead with emotional intelligence.
