    Episode 9: Crescent City

    Welcome back, bitches! Grab your emotional support coffee and prepare to spiral, because this week we’re diving headfirst into House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas ✨🩸🌙 This book gave us EVERYTHING: murder mystery, trauma, party girl depression, demon politics, magical crackhead energy, and one emotionally stunted angel man who had absolutely no business being that hot. We laughed, we cried, we screamed “JUST COMMUNICATE” at least seventeen times. Somehow this story managed to be 800 pages of chaos and still emotionally body slam us into another dimension. One minute we’re vibing in fantasy Vegas, the next we’re ugly crying over friendship, grief, and characters making catastrophically bad decisions while looking incredibly attractive doing it. We have opinions. Aggressive opinions. About the romance, the trauma, the world building, the random information dumps, and the fact that Sarah J. Maas once again created a man so fictional it’s actually offensive to real people. Expect screaming, unhinged theories, emotional damage, and at least one moment where we completely lose our minds over Hunt Athalar existing.     Episode 8: Blood of Hercules

    Welcome back, bitches! We’re so glad you’re here for another chaotic descent into laughter and morally questionable romance! ✨ This week we’re talking Blood of Hercules by Jasmine Mas, a dark fantasy set in a delightfully unhinged dystopian world where nothing is stable: not the government, not the gods, and definitely not our feelings. This book dragged us through bloodshed, betrayal, and some very confusing attraction to people who absolutely need therapy (and maybe jail time). We have THOUGHTS. Unfiltered, possibly controversial thoughts. This episode may get us side-eyed by the fantasy girlies, but you know we’re here to say what everyone else is whispering in the group chat. Expect chaos, laughter, dramatic spirals, and at least one moment where we collectively lose it over a man who is, objectively, a red flag with legs.
