    [PREVIEW] 2 Tran 2 Girlismo: A Movie Commentary Bonus Episode

    Howdy howdy! The other thing we recorded together in D.C. during our trip to the Freedom 250 was our second movie commentary for the Fast and Furious franchise! The girls crowded around Jordan's laptop in their hotel room, cracked some modelos, and buckled into John Singleton's 2 Fast 2 Furious, a movie we both liked a whole lot actually! This one is really silly goofy fun, so I think you'll have fun. We watched on Netflix, so sync us up to 0.00 on Netflix, or just understand that we might be a few seconds fast or slow for you. I think next month the aim is to do another listener questions bonus, but who knows, maybe we watch Tokyo Drift together instead. Thanks again for all the support patrons, without it we literally couldn't have done this trip.     Tran Girlismo: Live From D.C. Emergency Minisode

    Hi folks! We survived! Just after the Freedom 250, Victoria, Jordan, and their wives all gathered and recorded their thoughts on the race in the immediate aftermath of the race. While we filmed this for the YouTube channel Youtube.com/@trangirlismo we wanted to put this up on the audio only feed as well, just to make sure no one misses it. Audio quality is gonna be a bit weird since it was recorded off a shotgun microphone, but it was worth it to get this out ASAP Spoilers? It sucked! For mostly completely avoidable reasons!     Episode 26: Now With 100% More D&B

    Hello! In this episode, Jordan discusses driving her new Corvette (spoilers: it's good)! Then she explains that she watched some Throttle House, and dissects where her tepid optimism for the newest reboot of Top Gear with those guys running it. Then it's time for a rare Jordan Angry Episode, as the girls dive into the failures of the W Series and F1 Academy to produce literally any meaningful advancement for women in racing at all, on the heels of Maya Weug's public posts about her career's dead-end. Finally, Victoria tried Wreckfest 2 Early Access because her wife refurbished her computer. Unfortunately, it's not what she was hoping for, and she's not sure it's going to get fixed. Victoria would like to apologize for her audio being a bit off; she has no clue why the gain got changed on her mic after her computer was refurbished, and she tried repeatedly to fix it but could not.     Episode 25: We Gotta Give The Government Acronym Guys A Raise

    Hello! In this episode of Tran Girlismo, Victoria goes Wonk Mode, as it is her natural response to environmental stressors such as wildfire smoke and extreme heat that was gripping the state of Washington last week. First: What's The Deal With The Strategic Petroleum Reserve, amirite folks? No but seriously we're running out of oil to pull from it, it turns out, and the impact on the oil market will be... almost certainly not good. Next, Victoria explains that if you do nothing but deplete war materiel for four straight years, you eventually run out of war materiel. Then you gotta buy more. It turns out that every American car company (but especially GM), fresh out of ideas about how to make cars, wants to get in on that sweet, sweet gravy train, probably at the expense of any of us ever being able to afford a car again.
